Hello, It was a lovely place and spacious and the outside table and space was really nice. The kitchen is extremely well stocked on cooking utensils. Everything you need and close to the beach. Decor is clean and simple and beds were comfy. The pool is also lovely and secluded and warm! There is an amazing italian place on the corner for coffee and pastries and homemade meatballs and soups etc... I would recommend and communication was easy and effortless to get in and out of place. Thank you!

Great location! The three bedroom unit was perfect for our family. The side patio and access to the pool were ideal. The walk to the beach was not difficult. We highly recommend St. Pete’s Beach as opposed to the more crowded beaches. Very chill place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect size for 2 families of 4. The proximity to the beach was very nice, maybe a 3 minute walk. We were also able to walk to nearby cafe and restaurants. The pool is really nice, our unit had private access to the pool area as well as large private outdoor patio area with a large table, chairs, pool toys and beach gear. We will consider staying here again in future.

It was fabulous. Loved the outdoor patio area!!! Great location. Plenty of room and closet space.

This rental was located in a perfect place for us as walking to the beach, shops, food, drink and ice cream were close and easy. We picked this unit (3 bedroom) so everyone would have their own private area. The common area was great as well. The only issues were low water pressure in the master bath and the master bed was uncomfortable and to the point of replacement. Would stay at this location again.

The private garden and patio area was excellent for our kids, provided direct private access to the pool and we were a couple blocks from the beach and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The condo was well appointed - the only reason I didn’t give this unit 5 stars is because of the condition of the mattresses. We slept okay, but I was expecting to have a better bed in a rental unit.

Wonderful space for our family of 6. The fenced in patio/seating area that had direct access to the pool was really wonderful. The space was clean and looks just like the pictures. We will definitely be back to stay. Thanks again. :)

Would definitely recommend this condo! It was neat, clean and roomy! Provided even the little amenities such as extra towels for pool/beach, beach chairs and pool floats. Great location - very enjoyable! :)

Great quiet location, close walk to the beach and very short walk or drive to local restaurants. Patio access to the pool was also a plus for the kids. Patio was a nice place to sit and unwind in the evenings. Condo was very nice, clean and everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. We visit St. Pete every year and our kids are getting older so we enjoy everything being walking distance like the beach, restaurants, ice cream and gift shops. Everything was clean and had the amenities to make it feel like home. Parking was close enough, we never worried about our vehicle. Pool was always clean. Private yard area was nice. Only concern I had was the master bedroom bed was broke and sleeping on it for 8 days took a toll on both my wife and I, we are kinda young and I wouldn’t want to try sleeping on it if I was older or over weight. My family enjoyed the space over all and we would definitely try to rent again if available. I would also recommend.

The condo is comfortable and spacious. The pool was great and pool "toys" were included. The beach is about 2 blocks away. The property managers were responsive.

What a great place! Great condo, space & location. The common areas are large and great for hanging. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a great size. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor area was amazing along with the pool. Overall a great experience!

Great place for our family!

The location was amazing - just a few blocks to the beach! A fantastic private patio and large living space (bigger than it appears in the photos) made this the ideal location for our family trip. Consider bringing a few extra rolls of TP and trash bags for large groups as only a few are provided. Additionally, the third bedroom is smaller with no window or fan and the daybed did not fit an adult comfortably, however, it was great for the kids. Overall had a great stay and would absolutely stay again.

Great location, nice pool, lovely spot. Only negative is that the mattresses were really uncomfortable.

It was a nice location ,within walking distance to the beach and a main strip, of local businesses . We were able to walk to some places to eat/drink. The apartment was clean, good amount of space. Each room was nice , but the 3rd room with the daybed was not ideal. The mattresses were not that comfortable , aside from that it was great spot !

man we had a blast here, not all packed out like the beach resorts, pool was mostly ours to enjoy. the back patio had its own entrance to the pool and an outdoor shower which was a nice extra for when we go back from the beach, which was only a five minute walk from here. They have everything near by walking distance, McDonald's, waffle House, liquor store, beach mart gift store and the list goes on. would definitely stay again.

Unit is very nice. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Direct pool access and outside covered deck is awesome. Please change your archaic front door lock with lock box. Both the lock box and deadbolt are cumbersome to open. A new digital keypad entry system would make this unit a 10! We will rent it again.

The condo is very quiet and well located, a quick walk away from the beach, so it’s easy to go see gorgeous sunsets or go swim and wait for dolphins. The pool is also great for a quick swim, especially with kids as it’s heated. The place is spacious, and the private patio/garden is very convenient, with enough shade and sun for all tastes and direct access to the pool! The only drawback is that the door of the master bedroom currently does not close, and it's not clear when this will get fixed. Despite this issue, we very much enjoyed our time there and had a great experience overall.
