Great location near the beach and easy access to Gulf Blvd and St. Pete Beach restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Quiet, spotlessly clean unit in a smaller building. Off-street parking. Nice pool in inner courtyard. Very relaxing!

Took my adult kids 19/21 for my daughters graduation from college . The place was big enough for 4 adults and had beach chairs etc to use. I bought and left a Cooler for the next group as there wasn't one . The beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We had a great time at the pool as well . We grilled some hot dogs etc on the charcoal grill . Great time with my kids .

Outside seating limited to pool area - nice, clean, well maintained but would have liked some outdoor area with privacy.Really clean, appreciated unit having some basics like extra trash bags, dishwashing tabs, beach towels.

Very clean, cozy, and quiet. We felt safe with the gated entry way! The only annoyance was the constant leak from the tub, which manager said was scheduled for repair after our departure. The pool was nice and very warm.. even on those hot days

This apartment looks great overall and had everything that we needed for our 7-day trip to St. Pete beach. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, a couple of grocery stores within walking distance, and is close to the beach. Checking in and out was easy.

Great location, so much to do! Pull out couch wasn’t the greatest quality but it worked. Not much toilet paper was provided for a 6 night stay. Pool area was a little messy at times but every one seemed nice enough. I will always choose to stay in this location and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in St Pete Beach! Thank you!

We have stayed at the Waves several times. This was our first time in unit 19. Had everything we needed, beach chairs and supplies. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus! Within walking distance to beach, ice cream shops and restaurants.
