This was a great location and well represented, right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the pool. All the things we needed for a 5 person girls trip. The only thing I would recommend is a replacement mattress for the pull out couch. Otherwise, great property and value. We were able to check in early as well.

The unit was great, we loved the view. The pool area is wonderful and having access to the beach was perfect. Parking is a night mare, and there were construction crews on the property the entire time we were there with their vehicles also. If you went out in the evening there was no parking when you come back.

We’re very sorry to hear about the parking challenges during your stay, as well as the construction activity and associated vehicles on-site. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when returning in the evenings. While some construction activity is occasionally necessary for property upkeep and improvements, we do our best to minimize any inconvenience to guests. We are notifying incoming guests if there will be any construction during their stay.

5 night stay to try out condo experience. Great location, nice view from balcony. Clean condo, mgmt responsive, helpful, answered questions, showed us other condos for possible future stays. Suggestion: confusing departure procedures. Email received states "Set thermostat to 78 and turn ON all fans." When we clarified this with mgmt they told us do NOT turn on all fans. Removing this wording would be helpful since it is exact opposite of what we were told and is posted in condo.

Perfect! Everything was better than we ever could have imagined! Great location walking distance to almost anything! Not crowded, friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay again!

It was a needed trip for mom, dad and two teenage girls. I haven’t been to Florida in years! It was impromptu and so happy w the place and St. Pete’s absolutely beautiful!!! We miss it already! We will be back!
