When you reserve your stay with NextHome Beach Time Realty, you’re booking with the only onsite management company at the resort. Our office is conveniently located on the second floor, allowing us to provide quick, friendly assistance with any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay. With onsite housekeeping and maintenance staff, we’re able to promptly handle any needs and ensure your experience is smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Great location, quiet, few steps and you are on St Pete Beach. Also within walking distance of Pass A Grille Beach. Construction next door and no air on first night were the only problems during our stay. We didn't find out about construction until day before, so couldn't cancel, we couldn't really use the balcony (and enjoy the beautiful view) during the day because of noise and they start working at 7:30. AC didn't work first night and part of next day but they were very very quick to respond, once I told them, and get someone out to fix it while we were at the beach. Super responsive management. Kept me in the loop. The second bedroom is small with no closet. The bathrooms were beautifully redone and clean. Pool/Beach Towels were a nice touch.The decorations are very eclectic which I loved. Gave it beach cottage feel. Kitchen is stocked with necessities. Tv in bedroom was on when we got there and turned on again while we were there, little odd. Floor was dirty and made bare feet dirty but I imagine it's hard to keep it dust and sand free. Parking space was a great location. Short walk to elevator or stairs. Pool looked nice, we didn't use it while there. Hot tub was broken while there but we wouldn't have used it anyway. We would stay here again if it was just my husband and I, but not while they are working next door. Doubt it will be much longer though. Fitness center on site would be nice.

This Unit was incredible . The view from the balcony was priceless. To watch the sunset ☀️from there is such a great experience. The Unit was clean and that was impressive . The Unit is beautiful inside as the Owner has invested in updates. I highly recommend.
Great Location, Steps from Beach, Parking easy and convenient. Construction next door, wasn't told until day before, didn't allow for sleeping in, or enjoyment of the beautiful view from the balcony during the day, unless you have kids that love that stuff. Pool looked refreshing, hot tub wasn't working a few days but we wouldn't use it anyway. Staff were all friendly, they cleaned common areas daily. AC didn't work first night but once reported they were very quick to respond and it was fixed that afternoon. Management was very responsive and kept me in the loop with what was being done. Might want to have it checked again, it was making a loud noise right before it turned on, but it did work! Bathrooms were beautifully redone and clean. All the necessities in the kitchen. Bedroom 2 was tiny, no closet but fine for young adults or kids. Food, Shopping close. Publix wasn't open, remodeling after fire. But next Publix was short distance away. Beach Cottage feel. The only downside was the construction we weren't warned about until it was too late. Overall management was great, check in easy, departure easy. Location to beach was fantastic. Nice walks every day with lots of shelling.
