We had a very nice time at this location and would consider a return visit. The beach access was great. We met one on site manager and spoke with a staff member on the phone during our visit. Both of them were extremely pleasant and helpful. Staff members were working on the upkeep of the location on a regular basis. Our room appeared to be clean with the exception of the floors. The baseboards in the bathroom were really dirty and our socks turned almost black very quickly when we walked on the floors. I accidentally spilled a glass of water and the white towel I used to wipe it up turned black. The room had numerous thoughtful added items we were able to use that helped make everything more comfortable.

Upon arrival, nearly at midnight, we could not get into unit. Emergency # assistance was quick & reset the code to a general #, thankfully. I phoned the office 3x and got voicemail. Still waiting for a return call! The unit was barely cleaned and had mold in shower along with a broken shower door. Almost no kitchen supplies, not even a broom pan in closet. Living room couch was flattened out, other furniture is mismatched and wobbly. Very disappointing experience. I stayed in a different unit last month which was rented directly from owner, it was wonderful and that will be the way to go next time. The location cannot be beat, and the pool area is very well kept.

This was my first time staying in St Pete and Vistas on the Gulf. The condos were nice with some more updated than others. While clean, ours could have used some updating. Things I found: the doorbell was missing exposing hanging wires, the dishwasher is practically mounted under the sink making it hard to load. I found that the cookware and bakeware was not stocked very well, limited silverware, coffee pot only no Keurig which has become a staple for many. Furniture in the sitting area sat low and lacked in comfort. I found the patio to be a wonderful place to have coffee and listen to the ocean, but there was a huge safety hazard with the railing as it did not come around and attach to the wall near the sliding glass door. My 2 year old grandson could have easily gotten in between and fallen off the balcony. It was that way on 3 of the units my family were in. The transition piece on the flooring between the main bedroom and sitting area was broken. It caught my shoe multiple times causing me to stumble. The main bathroom shower door was broken and held on by zip ties. Many items on the wall that were meant to hold things were loose and kept falling off. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. The last thing parking was inadequate. No visitor parking allowed or they faced being towed. The whole week there we were made to park on the fence while many of the spots under the condo were not in use. A poor use of space in my book. Even with the things needing repaired I would return and stay again as I enjoyed our family time at the pool and the beach.

Unit was very clean and comfortable. 4 Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas available. Pool area was amazing and the beach was right outside the gate. Grocery store and Walgreens within walking distance. Free taxi for the area that seats up to 5 people. A little bit if updating to the unit would help. Thanks for a wonderful week! We’ll be back!

It did the trick for our family, beach/ pool, safe place to stay and communicative staff. It was a peaceful and enjoyable trip! We would recommend it to a family!
