This is a fantastic condo. Pictures don’t do it justice. Super convenient to the beach which was not crowded, and pool was great. Unit was clean upon arrival and had all the necessary amenities. We did bring our own Firestick so we could stream our favorite shows as the unit only seemed to have cable (no streaming apps). Also, minor incident with cleaning crew who entered the apartment before 10am on the day of departure, but that does not take away from the condo itself. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in St. Pete. Finally, if you plan to use the Pinellas Bayway, I recommend getting a Sunpass if renting a car - avoid toll surcharges!

The condo was exceptional. The owners left the nicest welcome kit upon our arrival. It was super clean, and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the Gulf was perfect and wasn't crowded at all. All the guests were quiet and kind. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There were plenty of restaurants & a few little shops. We enjoyed Pass-A-Grille for snorkeling and shelling (enjoying the manatee's) which is just a 5 minute drive away. Took in the Pink Floyd Dark Sid of the Moon Immersive Experience at the Dali Museum which was a amazing as well as played miniature golf and did an escape room. We can't wait to come back in a couple months and would love to stay here again. Can't recommend enough.

We have been coming to Vistas for a number of years and love the location, right on the beach. The staff, Perrin, Mark and Emily make us feel like family and are all always helpful if we need something. Being a small condo complex is also great being more intimate than some of the big, faceless places on Gulf Boulevard. We've already booked for next year!
We have been coming to Vistas for 20 years and love the location and friendly and helpful staff. The change in management has a great leader in Victoria and she went above and beyond to help us when the construction next door sprayed concrete on our rental car. We rented 305, have done multiple times, and haad the best vacation ever with two weeks of low humidity, dunshine with no rain and the pool was the cleanest we have ever seen it. Nice to have events at the pool on Thursdays also. Keep it up!!!
