Vistas on the Gulf 302

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vistas on the Beach Rm 302. We have stayed in a number of places on St. Pete Beach and the room was the best we have rented. The size of the sitting room/kitchen/eating area was great and totally useful. The gulf front balcony was excellent, outside of both the main bedroom and sitting room. You can’t beat having two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the unit. Beach towels, chairs, coolers, a welcome package with coffee and snacks, and even an umbrella were not expected but very helpful. The unit was tastefully decorated. We didn’t really watch TV or use the pool. But there is a TV in each room and the pool was never too crowded/loud like other places. The staff was really friendly and attentive and notified me when the room was ready before regular check-in. There was coffee and snacks in the office daily as well.

My family of three stayed here during Spring Break 2026. The beach was very nice and not over packed like other locations along the Gulf Coast. Our condo was up to date with enough room for three people. In my opinion, this is not a two family condo. We didn’t have any problems with the condo. The location was great. You can walk to restaurants and other stores/places. An hour to Clearwater or about an hour and a half to Siesta Key. I would recommend this place.

We split our two weeks between two condos at Vistas on the Gulf. 407 was a repeat condo from last year and was generally very nice. 302, a condo facing the beach, wasn't quite as updated as 407 but the sunsets were easy to view. The property management company and crew were very friendly and helpful.

As second year travelers to this location, we had a great experience staying at Vistas on the Gulf. The loction is perfect with excceptional views of the beach and the Gulf. It is extremely safe and protected, and the staff is always there to help. We do think it will need some updating in the near future.

We had a(nother) lovely stay at Vistas on the Gulf. The view from Unit 302 was fantastic - we loved watching the sunsets together from the balcony eveny evening. The amenities provided are always appreciated!

I would like to especially recognize Emily for going above-and-beyond for us AFTER we checked out. We accidentally left a bag behind and she went out of her way to be helpful in retrieving the bag and getting it deposited into an Uber for us. She was kind and cheerful about the entire fiasco (and calmed my panic!). She delivered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced - the fact that she did so after we had checked out and it wasn't necessary for her to be so helpful was particularly noteworthy. Emily deserves a raise!

Overall,nice pool and beach,but old and outdated.
