I have stayed at Vistas 301 several times now, the views are amazing and location could not be better. The beach in front of the unit is the best spot on ST pete with lower crowds and the best stand. The corner unit has great views of the beach and can watch the kids at the pool. Super big covered parking so no issues with a big vehicle for the family. Easy walk to restaurants and drinking locations

Very pleased with our stay and owners of the property. The place was perfect and the view was amazing!
For many years I have stayed in unit 301 at Vistas at the Gulf. Water front views, well kept and clean, and the owner communicates well before and during your stay. Staff on site are friendly and quick to help with any issues. Great places to eat and shop nearby. Highly recommend this unit and property if you are looking for a place to stay on St. Pete Beach!
