We enjoyed our stay in Isla Del Mar. The condo was in a great location to beaches, dining and entertainment. The area is quiet and the condo was in very nice condition. We had no issues during our stay.

We owned a unit next to this unit 1988-1993 when they were first built. The beauty of the property and units are still as they were then. Our visit was the first time back in 30 years so we could see how the area stood up in those years. The units looked as they did when they were built in 1988. The property was still beautiful and well kept. Brought back many memories.

We can’t wait to return. We were located near many good restaurants such as the Island Grill, and Levrocks, an excellent seafood restaurant. We were close to Fort De Soto rented bikes and kayaks there. Also, we were near St. Pete’s beach and saw many beautiful sunsets! We also were near many grocery stores Publix and Aldi. The property description was very accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was neat and clean, along with very comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!

Reservation process was smooth and stress free, good communication throughout rental period. Condo was very clean and well stocked with necessary utensils, dishes, towels, etc. The only downfall is we were not able to use the master bedroom bathtub as neighbors below complained of a leak from our unit.

Absolutely loved this stay & property! Great location minutes from the beach, beautiful view of gulf course, & great well kept friendly community. My fav place to eat near by was sushi rock near by, enjoyed walks over the bridge to watch sun rise & beautiful apartment setup. I highly recommend this property! Everything about it was enjoyable.

Check-in and check-out was very easy. Renovated interior was very nice and comfortable. Surrounding area is quiet and located perfectly for St. Petersburg, the beach, and Tampa.
