Beautiful condo, clean, stylish and well stocked.

Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Updated throughout. High end appliances.

The unit was exactly as advertised and the surrounding property was well maintained. It was clean and had everything that we needed for a week with family coming and going. In addition, the manager provided excellent customer service.

Property was as-advertised. Clean, well apportioned, and quiet. The neighborhood was lovely and conveniently located. It was perfect for our trip to see family for the holiday. Definitely would stay here again.

Was FABULOUS! We absolutely LOVED this condo! Very cozy, very clean and very close to everything we wanted! I HIGHLY recommend this property! Exactly as advertised! Vitamin SEA was definitely what the doctor prescribed!

The owner's did a great job in the renovations made to Vista Verde East 211. We had a great trip and the place was excellent. Several observations we would like to add for the owners and management: the air filter in the HVAC system hadn't been replaced for some time. We replaced it while we were there. Also we noticed that the tag accompanying the fire extinguisher indicated that it had last been serviced in October, 1990. I think you may want to look at that, I hope it is wrong. Also, we had some problems with the TV Cable service in the living room but We were able to resolve this , with your assistance, with the cable company. Otherwise , the place was great.

Condo was just like the photos - very nice and updated. It was great having a patio and the pond with a fountain below. We saw a pair of ducks in it almost every day! It's a a very quiet, well-kept community with beautiful landscaping and nice people.

The property exceeds expectations. The management company was also very responsive. I was very disappointed and annoyed at little signs left all over the unit explaining extra charges and the lack of toilet paper, dish cloths, coffee filters, vacuum, and damaged pots. This all seems very penny pinching for an expensive rental.

All we can say is if you stay here, you're very lucky because everything was great

We had an absolute blast visiting St Pete!! The accommodations were on point! Very clean, quiet and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back. The only thing negative is the amount of tolls we had to pay but I will say that’s my fault for not doing research on the area….. oh and don’t back into a parking spot :D.

This is a very nice unit in a beautifully maintained community. It is located so that if you're a walker, you can walk to the beach and you can get to downtown St. Petersburg in 15 – 20 minutes. We will be returning to St. Petersburg and when we do we will be staying here.

The community is so welcoming and friendly. The unit is beautiful and quiet. Wonderfully updated. My family really enjoyed the amenities the community has to offer.

Loved this condo! This condo is actually much nicer than the photos show. It looks newly done, and it’s adorable inside. It was clean and well-stocked for our needs, and we do have most meals in while on vacation. This is a quiet and very safe community, and I really appreciated that. The pool and hot tub are very nice, uncrowded and a short walk away. The distance to beaches is just a few minutes, and we chose this condo to be close to Ft. Desoto and Pass A Grille beaches. The view off the balcony is beautiful, and this really felt like a home away from home. One thing to be aware of is that the king bed is very firm...just an FYI, as I always look at sleep quality as part of vacay, and preferences vary. The rental company is responsive and easy to work with if you need them. I contacted them both by phone and email and got quick responses. Overall, I’d definitely stay again and will look to do that. Would recommend this condo without hesitation.

This was the first time staying at Isla Del Sol, and we loved it. Vista Verde East is quiet, feels safe, and the neighborhood is beautiful, pool and hot tub area is very nice and wasn’t crowded. The condo itself was wonderful. Photos don’t do it justice, it really is adorable and very nice. We were very comfy here, and it felt like a home away from home. FYI the master bedroom king bed is high-end but very firm. I loved everything about this condo: view was peaceful, condo is super clean, well finished and stocked, and we love the location between Pass A Grille and Fort DeSoto. Probably will be staying again if it’s open. Would be great for extended stays as well.

NextHome properties are incredibly clean and very professionally managed! The condo I rented had everything you could possibly need - from a fully stocked kitchen, to new TVs and beach chairs to use. (Wish I had time for those…) It was sparkling clean when I arrived and had fresh and beautiful bedding. The management company was available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to help. I loved my stay, and I will definitely be staying again. I would highly recommend NextHome vacation rentals. Thank you!
