Sunrise Resort PH1

You will not be disappointed with the view or location of this condo. While the condo itself is oddly put together and needs a huge update, the location, parking availability, elevator speed, and staff accommodations were great. Cleaning could be a bit better? The kitchen is hard to cook in...however, this should not be a deterrent for renting. The view is amazing, the manatees were a joy to watch (and there are rays that will come into the canal to visit, too, they are so cool), and the location to restaurants and the beach were perfect

Great place!!

We had a great time the property offered pool and hot tub and the Grandkids had a great time and all the other guests were awesome with the grandkids . In addition to the water activities they offered pickle ball, shuffle board and other yard games. When we wanted to visit the beach it was a quick walk across the street. The family had a great time and look forward to another visit in the future.

Great experience. Loved Sunrise Resort and NextHome made the experience even better with their responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Victoria in the office was so helpful and cheerful. We had baby 2nd half of trip and it was spacious enough for 4 adults plus the little one. Pool was a bit small for heat index but everyone was very friendly and kind. Unit had everything you would need in kitchen, laundry and pool/beach storeage areas. Not a lot of room to store food but counter was more than adequate. Great vacation and we loved beach access!

We love this condo and have stayed in this location several times.

We stayed in PH 1 and in PH2 during our stay. We loved both properties so much. The views from both sides are terrific. Both were stocked with everything we needed. The units were both very clean. The office was so helpful in getting us in early and moving us from one unit to the other seamlessly. Erik, Audrey and Laura are great to work with. Thanks everyone.

The place was small but very scenic, with sweeping views of the bay and vibrant wildlife bursting at the seams everywhere. Manatees and dolphins were playing in the water and birds of all feathers seemed fearless, sometimes sitting so close I thought I could touch them. Very nice community feel. Easy to meet your neighbors and I loved the effort to coordinate events around the pool, like a live band and a barbecue. There were plenty of restaurants as well as a comedy club right next-door, and the beach was a short block away. If you wander the beach at sunset, you'll run into some fun bars with live music and tropical drinks, ideal to forget the bitter cold back north! I could not give a 5 out of 5 simply because I expressed the desire to check-in early and was told I'd receive a call or a text when it was ready, but never received any notification. I finally went there at four and it was fine, but likely ready sooner but I'll never know. Other than that, all was excellent.

This place was amazing! The views were my favorite part! Very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!

My daughter is already asking that when we go back to St. Pete Beach, we stay in PH1 again. From the large balcony overlooking the water, to the private bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the cleanliness of the unit, it was the perfect location to spend our vacation. We even got to see a manatee in the water below us. I could go on and on about how much we loved this unit and I would highly recommend staying there! We will definitely be going back!

My daughter is already asking that when we return to St. Pete for another vacation, that we stay at the same penthouse. From the large balcony overlooking the water, to the private bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and the cleanliness of the unit and entire property, it was the perfect location to spend our vacation! We even got to see a dolphin and manatee in the water from our balcony. I could go on and on about how much we loved staying here. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be going back!

Our family had a lovely time! The place was exactly as described, great view (we loved watching the manatees) and included a few extra starter things (paper towels, coffee, etc.) that made arrival so much easier. Host/staff were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and recommend!

GREAT LOCATION AND EXCELLENT CONDO

We stay at this property every year. Upon initial arrival the unit looks clean but it is not really deep cleaned. We found papers from previous guest under the couch, you could tell they did not clean door handles (grimey), but the worst part was the cleaning people entered the room when I was not there, left clean towels on counter which I did not ask for or need. This upset me because I was there alone for a few days. When I spoke to the management they said the cleaners have access to all rooms with their own code. That being said the units do have deadbolts you can use to prevent them coming in when you are there. I think they should provide a digital safe in each unit.
The outside of property is extremely well kept and the management is very helpful & responsive to requests.
The area is great with many options for walkable dining & drinking and easy access to the beach, But a huge construction project across the street may change that in the near future.
I would recommend this property keeping in mind the cleaning and security issues.

The room was really clean and exactly like the description

The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious and conveniently located. Cannot wait to come back.

The condo is kind of weirdly put together and needs major updates 's comfortable and the location cannot be beat. Manatees (and rays) in the canal as promised...the balcony is amazing and worth the stay. Pool was warm (which I personally like) and the elevators work well. Parking was easy and the staff were nice and accommodating.

The Sunrise Resort is a great place to say it’s located with many places to walk to across the street from the beach. Is a very nice pool area and grilling area.

Great Condo with a beautiful view

We had a very good experience. Steve keeps the property in Excellent condition! Nancy in the office was who I dealt with most and she did a Great job as well.
Quite disappointed that we never had a microwave when we arrived. We were told we would have on installed on Feb. 24. That's 3 1/2 weeks after we checked in. Nancy gave hers from their office so we would have one. They came to install the new one on the 24th and that one too was defective so we still never had the main unit installed. We dealt with the smaller counter top one from Nancy though & made it work. (Thanks to her) Was quite disappointed with that whole situation after we spend $13,000 for a month and I have to ask for a appliance that should have been there in the first place.
I also cleaned up the shower a lot better when we arrived. The floor was pretty dirty.

Sunrise is conveniently located right in the heart of SPB. Nancy, Dawn and Steve are great on site staff! So helpful. Condo was very clean. I like to cook, so I appreciate decent pots and pans, lots of glass bakeware, nice Corelle dishes. Plenty of bath towels. And a beautiful sunrise every morning!

This condo, I believe, is the best one in this building! Spacious, beautiful views of the bay, and corner top floor! We usually like to stay right on the beach, but this condo was a great alternative as it was easy to get to the beach, and watching manatees, sting rays, dolphins, and the pelicans right from our balcony was awesome! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Recommend Woodys, Bongos, Toasted Monkey and Crabby Bills to eat. Forgot to write in the guest journal-sorry! Loved our week at Sunrise!

Sunrise Resort has become our Bi- yearly vacation stay. It is clean, spacious, and very wonderful Staff! The accommodations are perfect with the pool, spa and a grill area. We love staying at Sunrise!

A great condo, beautifully decorated, and close to a lot of shops, restaurants.etc. Conveniently located across the street from the beach. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from your spacious balcony. Very well maintained units, surrounding property and pool. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Resorts!
