I grew up in St. Pete and my family and I have been visiting for years. We love staying at the Sunrise Condos for the location, amenities, and views of Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf across the street. This unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated and maintained. We would enjoy staying there again very much.

Condo was fully equipped , in a great location positioned between Bay on oneside and gulf on the other. Amenities with pool, pickle ball/ tennis court and shuffleboard court helped the experience.

This stay was fantastic! We truly enjoyed the location and the condo. Sitting on the balcony or even on the ‘front porch’ was relaxing and refreshing. We even got to see some Manatees in the bay!

I was very pleased with our stay. The location was great, with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also a short walk. The condo and all common areas were clean. The pool was a nice size and had a nice bay view. The condo had beach chairs, and the condo association had other items that could be borrowed, such as boogie boards, bocce ball, tennis rackets, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed, My husband loved the fact he could fish any time on the dock. Our unit was spotless. We had beach chairs and umbrella in closet. Beach access directly across street, walking to all restaurants , grocery , shopping, ect. Pool area was clean and never did you find yourself without a pool chair, loved the 2 grills also. Also came with a car port. We will be back again next year.

The rental unit was very nice, well equipped and clean. The facility and amenities were excellent. The only con was that the second bedroom in the unit was extremely small.

It was nice to see improvements from the year before. Bathroom was available by pool and new recycling/ toy room was open. Coolers, pickle ball equipment, sand toys and other things that individual units might not have were available for use. Even though the weather was cool the pool was warm and clean. Didn’t matter to us, but the whirlpool jets are not very powerful- could not really tell when they were turned on.
The new Sun Runner bus was a bonus this year, too. So easy to ride down to the pier.
We did not need the office after check in, but it was as nice to see Dawn and the other staff throughout our stay, knowing they were available if needed!

Most enjoyable but a few points need addressing in apt 609. Only 4 mugs and no cups or saucers. We bought 2 mugs. Cutlery ok except no teaspoons. Nancy found us some from elsewhere. Shortage of some linen.e:g: pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Table mats and coasters would have been useful. Now concerned with the rental price increases which will most likely prevent us from coming next year.

We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the property. My only suggestions are that you might consider replacing the twin beds with a larger bed in the second bedroom - and consider adding a few coffee cups that are larger than 6-8 ounces. Thanks!

Would definitely go back

The place was nice great location beds are comfortable great for four to six people. we will be going back silverware pots pan supplied coffee maker and filters 2sets of wash rags and towels 2 rolles of paper toilet paper and paper towels but that's it you need everything else condiments spices ect.don't really have anything bad to say about it Nansy and Dawn the property managers and Steve the maintenance guy are awesome we did have some minor things happen nothing worth mentioning and they took care of it right away

We loved our stay! ThenCondo was clean and well maintained. The grounds, including pool, were also very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again next year. It exceeded our expectations!!

Had a nice week long vacation in 609. Fantastic views of the bay from the balcony which we enjoyed everyday. Saw manatees and could enjoy watching the boats cruising around the bay. Had everything we needed in the rental. Was pretty quite besides some road noise. We would stay there again!

Fantastic condo with updates furniture, and décor. The views are incredible from this 6th floor unit. The entire grounds including the pool, hot tub and even the dockside deck are kept pristine. Clean grills for family pool and grilling time, Super nice Tennis Courts, and Shuffle Board. A true hidden gem.

We had no problems during our stay at Sunrise. It was quiet and you have. a great view of sunrise and the beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our unit was clean and gave us the perfect amount of space.

Had a great time on this trip and loved having this condo so close to everything. We are very particular and we’re quite pleased with this unit and location! Absolutely zero issues. Unit is modern, clean, and well furnished. Even included beach toys, a beach umbrella, and two beach chairs! The heated pool was convenient and clean as well. Loved having 2 bedrooms my family of four could spread out in - lots of space! It was so convenient having a washer and dryer in our unit. I did not have to do laundry when we got home! Late check-in (contactless) process was pretty simple. We did not need to contact anyone regarding any issues during our stay.

The view looking into the bay area was awesome. The view looking across the street at the gulf was amazing at sunset. The condo was clean, updated and very roomy. Good price for a week rental. We will definitely be back to rent room #609.
