Amazing view I slept like a baby kids love the place. Was nice my son could grab fishing rods on the unit and go fishing.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at st pete beach. The condo had views of the ocean and where the manatees and dolphins play. Everything was in walking distance and they even had coupons for a few things near by! We definitely will book with them again 10/10. Great host and responsive. Everything was the way it showed on Airbnb and the host was on site which helped as well. Very polite and they cared about the guest.

We stayed here for a week and we loved it. It was the second time staying in Saint Pete and our first time staying in this condo and we would most definitely come back. The place was clean the beds and furniture were comfortable and nice. It’s in a great location right across from the beach anytime I had a question they answered it promptly and I had no issues with anything. The weather was a little crappy for a couple days but overall our experience was very good. I do recommend! I put a three star rating on the price, but that’s because I think everything is overpriced. It’s pretty comparable to everything else around it.

Rented unit#604 for 10 days. Condo was well appointed, well kept and offered great views from the back balcony as well as the front access area. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. pool furniture seemed new. Weather in late January is hit and miss. We had some warm and sunny days and some cool and cloudy. Some great restaurants within walking distance of the resort, and of course beautiful beach just across the street. Some areas impacted by the hurricanes are still recovering, the resort itself was in fine shape.

Excellent Our initial vacation in August was canceled due to a impending hurricane so we had to cancel and rebook for Sept. We got a full refund which was greatly appreciated even thouogh we did not have trip insurance .

The views are even better than the pictures. Beautiful from the front and back. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. Great
location. Lots of activities to do. We will have to come back again to get to see more.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room is just like pictures, and had everything we needed for the week. The views from the front and back balconies are even more amazing in person. The location is great for exploring many things to do in the area. We even got to see the manatee. Easy check in and check out process. Definately recommend staying here.

I grew up in St. Pete, so we love visiting and staying at Sunrise. Our unit was very comfortable and nice. We look forward to future visits.

This is a great property. It's located near everything you want to do while on vacation. If you are looking for a property that is quiet, and spacious, with views of the bay in the back and the beach in the front then this is the place for you.

Had another fantastic stay at Sunrise ! This is in a perfect location with everything you need such as the beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants to suit most tastes, bars and cafes, a few shops and supermarkets and all close to hand. Sunrise is also in a perfect spot for the local transport with the buses and trolleys running very regularly to take you up and down the various beaches and into St Petersburg for a trip to see the new pier or to Tropicana Field for a baseball game or take in the shops and enjoy a meal in one of the many lovely restaurants. We hired a car and enjoyed various trips to Gulfport and Tarpon Springs so there really are plenty of places to visit not too far from Sunrise resort. The resort itself makes the most of being on the inland waterway of which we had a wonderful view of beautiful sunrises from our balcony each morning and we saw dolphins, manatees , Rays and many other fish - fishing off the deck was fun for my husband for many an hour or two! The pool area has plenty of sunbeds available but only 4 sunshades so could do with more shades as it was really hot weather when we were there. All the pool area and gardens are very well kept here so it’s a very nice place to relax or take in a game of shuffleboard or tennis for the more active with all equipment available. We stayed in unit 604 which was great with everything we needed and was nice and bright clean and tidy - the bathroom was a bit dated but had all we needed. The bedrooms were great and beds very comfortable . We enjoyed every minute and would definitely stay again - this was our 4th visit and won’t be the last.
The staff here at the property are always on hand and very helpful so Thank you Sunrise we had a great time !

The Unit was great. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the water birds and manatees. Management (Dawn) was very quick to respond to a minor internet access glitch. She’s awesome!

We have been staying at this property for about 18 years and this unit at least 10 years and have always enjoyed our stay. I wish we still had the agreement with the Tradewinds to use their facilities. I used to use their fitness center every morning.

Great place with a fabulous view. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars. Will be staying here again!!

A lovely, cozy and comfortable condo in a great location in St. Pete. The best part of the condo is the balcony overlooking the bay…a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. Want to see the sun rise? Then have your cup of coffee in the lounge furniture at the front door, overlooking the gulf.
