Sunrise Resort 512

Location was great could walk across the street to public beach, restaurants, breakfast, bars and CVS all walkable. Staff at the complex were super helpful. The unit is great to hang out in or just crash if it’s a rainy day.

Great location and just steps from the beach. Very clean, quiet, and everything I could need. Seriously great location and would absolutely go back!

Condo was definitely a great find and accommodating, perfect location , just a block or two to everything you want to explore in StPete , hosts were on point and answered any questions immediately , definitely a great find. We will be back !!

Beautiful room and building, great pool area on the water and close to everything. Beach across the street. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

This was by far one of the best condos we've stayed at in St. Pete. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Location to the beach was great and the sunrise each morning from our balcony was truly beautiful.

We loved our stay at the condo! Everything was clean and as pictured/described. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. We especially loved that the beach wasn’t crowded across the street from the condo like it was at the bigger condos and public access areas. We had an issue with one of the showers and it was dealt with easily. We hope to return in the future!

Sunrise Resort is a beautifully maintained property and has great views. This year was especially wonderful because the manatees were playing on a number of days. The staff couldn't do enough for us, but very little was needed.

All was great in spite of weather, power outage, water leaks and water boil order, and broken elevators and hot tub. Felt like some friendships got rekindled and new friends made. Unit needs some updating but nice as is and elevators and hot tub need replacing/repair

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was very clean, furniture and appliances appeared to be new. The decor was very tasteful and lended to the inviting, peaceful atmosphere. Our unit was bright, very inviting. There was zero odor, like one sometimes finds in rentals. We enjoyed the pool, and a quick walk to the beach right across the street. The staff were very pleasant and helpful in answering questions and assisting with any needs. Several other guests we encountered during our stay commented that they were repeat visitors. The overall atmosphere was great- No slamming doors, blasting music, swearing or yelling. Spoke with several of the guests. They were friendly and pleasant. We intend to rent here again :) Had a Wonderful stay!

Condo was very clean and very convenient. It had all the amenities for visits to the beach which was a 5 minute walk away. Cleaning supplies and cooking utensils made our stay comfortable. We will stay here again.

Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of room and very clean. Short walk to the beach and was close to Publix and beach stores. Everything we needed for our beach visits were in the closet. Washer and dryer was clutch. Will stay here again in the future. 5 stars.

Excellent location, stunning views, great amenities, overall…paradise!

It was a wonderful staying great weather, goo accommodations, lovely setting, and friendly people.

Only complaint is carpet in small bedroom smells moldy. Really needs replacing and I would strongly urge the owners to consider replacing. I had a rash after we stayed in that bedroom.

Great place to stay in st pete beach. This place has everything you could need for a family vacation! Walking distance to everything. Beach across the street and bay right from your balcony! Thanks for the perfect vacation!

We have stayed at Sunrise a number of times over the years and this is the second year in a row staying in apt 512. The location is fantastic being just across from the beach with the bonus of Boca Ciega at the back. Good pool and dock area, grounds well kept. The condo itself is good, not the biggest but adequate for a weeks stay. Beds are comfortable, well stocked for crockery, glasses, pots/pans for cooking should you wish. Plenty of seating inside and on balcony for the wonderful views. Having a washer / dryer in the condo is always a bonus. A few housekeeping aspects have been drawn to the management company’s attention separately, to help improve overall guest experience.

This home had everything you could imagine. The bay in the back and the beach in front, best of both worlds! We loved our stay here and highly recommend to anyone who is considering going to St. Pete Beach.

We had the bay at our back door and the beach right at the front, only steps away. The unit was clean and well stocked, the personal touches were so great. Snacks, shampoo, body soap, dish soap, dishwashing tablets, and beach towels/toys. They thought of everything. I would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo in Saint Pete Beach. It was a great location , just steps away from everything. The room was great had enough space and all the amenities you could want. Also, the hosts were very accountable and easy to get a hold of. Had no problems there at all. Enjoyed my stay. We definitely will come back next year. It’s definitely perfect location to everything , highways , restaurants , etc couldn’t ask for more .

This was a beautiful and great Condo to stay at. We were very comfortable and was a short distance to beach with great restaurants nearby. My guests and I were very pleased and look forward to booking again in the future.

The condo was great for our stay. Plenty of space for two couples. Very clean, and the most amazing pillows I have ever slept on! The views are gorgeous and it’s an easy walk over to the beach!

We stayed here for a week in February. The condo was very nice. The grounds were in well kept condition. The only issue we had was that they were working on the pool deck area for 3 days while we were there and so the pool was closed til noon on 3 of those days. February is generally a busier time at this location. I wish the construction could be done at a slower time of the year.

This is truly a gem! Condo was clean and up to date. Building sits on the inner costal right across from the beach. The pool area has the feel of being tucked in your backyard (quiet) while a very short walk across the street and you are on the expansive beach. There is a cross walk right at the corner of the property so no safety concerns crossing Gulf Ave. Plenty of private parking as well. There is a very nice neighborhood right behind the property where you can take a quiet walk or get your run in without any vehicle traffic. We’ve already booked for next year!

Great condo that was impeccably clean and well appointed. Great location. Comfortable beds and furniture. If I could come up with anything that could be improved, it would be the bathroom exhaust fans were old and noisy.
