The view from the balconies is just as seen in the photos. Just lovely! Elevator is close, walk to beach is not bad at all, condo is clean. Has a few beach chairs but could use an umbrella for those flying in. The ice maker and water in the fridge door were a nice bonus! Coming back for a full week next year!

Very comfortable condo with all the amenities you could need! Beautiful views of the beach and the bay. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The pool was clean and warm, and sunny all day. Short walk across the street to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

We have been coming to this property for many years now and have always found it nice albeit it is now looking dated especially in the bathrooms. This time there was a problem with the fridge but the charming Nancy resolved it.It is a shame that the special deal with Tradewinds ended but the pool and surrounding areas are still delightful albeit the hot tub still has no bubbles. We will hope to return.

Having tennis and pool on-site was great and the beach is right across the street. Lots of restaurants and easy access to everything you need. Highly recommend this place for vacationing in St. Petersburg.

Cute condo, plenty of space, amenities were great and the location was very convenient. The management staff was awesome. We drove because we moved my daughter into college so we were able to bring chairs and an umbrella but the it would be a HUGE benefit to have these at the condo for people flying down. We definitely were happy to have them with the beach access so close.

The condominium was perfect for our family of 4. It looked like the picture's. The place was clean and hadeverything we needed for a week’s vacation. There were chairs, a small cooler, umbrella, beach blanket, and toys in the closet. Outside there was a community closet that had chairs ,umbrella’s, boogie boards , and a wagon we took advantage of. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We saw dolphins too! We enjoyed the pool, and hot tub. It was just a short walking distance to the beach. We would definitely come back!!!We cooked our meals at the condo. We had everything we needed. I really can’t think of anything else we needed. It was well stocked.

This place is the perfect spot! Right next to the beach, has great amenities, provide some beach/pool supplies, and has so many stores and restaurants within walking distance! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect, and one of the highlights was seeing dolphins come right up close in the bay! The hosts were great, and everything was exactly as described. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach across the street! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Great location, fab intra coastal view from good size balcony. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.good parking onsite.great management company, very helpful.pool can get busy but was very good with a 6ft deep end.all walkways and grounds very clean and well kept.appartment showing signs of its age but was very comfortable with everything you would need supplied.there is also bus stop right outside, great for a ride to st petersburgh and more.Thanks to everyone.

This is our 3rd year at Sunrise Resort! We love the beautiful surroundings, pool, pickleball court, and friendly people. Our unit was very accommodating for us. We love being able to see the sun rise from the balcony and view the sunsets from the front. We love being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Any issues that arose within the unit were fixed quickly. We will definitely be coming back. :)

This is the third time we’ve been to St Pete Beach; first time using an Airbnb since we were staying for 8 nights. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, had everything we would need for our stay. Plus, you get the sunrise on the back balcony and the sunset in the front. Gave us a little window of what it would be to be a snowbird or to move down from the Northeast permanently. Will definitely look to return!!

Highly recommend this property. Great location for the bay, the beach, restaurants, stores - Everest your finger tips. The management company was very accommodating, a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we return to St Pete!

Great place and location. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The complex has a pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts. Right across from the beach.

Enjoyed the stay at this conveniently located property. Well appointed kitchen. Easy check-in online. Great views off the front walkway and rear balcony. Pool and pool area super clean and welcoming.

This units location is amazing. Beautiful morning sunrises and close to great restaurants. The unit is large and roomy. The communication with management company was good. For me, the unit should have been cleaner. The bedding did not fit the beds so it always came off. We did have issues with the toilet but they responded quickly to fix the problem. All in all a good stay and a excellent location. Right across the street from the beach!

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, located 100 meters from the beach access Fully equipped kitchen, beach items, welcome kit. Balcony overlooking the river (you can see the sunrise) Absolutely everything was perfect during the stay. 100% Recommended

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our short vacation. The three beach chairs and umbrella in the unit were much appreciated! The freezer ice machine and in-door water dispenser were great. The kitchen was well appointed for the minimal food prep we did. The short walk across the street to the beach was easy!

Condo was exactly expected, beautiful and perfect. Bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. Only weird thing was the showers, floor is sealed but you can tell water is under the floor. It squishes and feels like youre going to fall through in both baths. Prayed it stayed intact before each use.

We had a blast , watched manatees, sting rays and a random dolphin from the dock out back .. super cool for Midwest family !! We crossed gulf blvd to swim and play in the ocean each day as well

The location was great - just across the street from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The condo is on the 5th floor so it also had a great view.

We had a wonderful stay! Very accommodating and hospitable staff! Great communication and clear instructions for check-in.

Cozy clean well appointed condo. The view of the bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Not a single issue with our stay and would recommend it. I can only speak to the master bedroom but the bed was incredibly comfortable! Do not underestimate the importance of this! I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekly stay and the other guests were friendly. The location was centered to everything that we needed. The unit was perfect and I can't wait to come back again soon. Thank you.

This condo was in a great location - 5 minutes walk to beach. The views were awesome, both intracoastal & ocean views. The twin beds were very small but other than that, the condo was great. The refrigerator was leaking but maintenance came and fixed it the next day. The pool area & hot tub were nice also.

Sunrise over the bay from your balcony and sunsets across the street at the beach! I could not imagine a more perfect location! A 10 minute walk in any direction from countless restaurants, liquor stores, shops and smoke/gummy shops for all of your beach needs. Want to spend a day playing tennis/pickleball or shuffle board and swimming in the pool? Enjoy yourself stress free! No overly crowded pool and zero wait time for the courts. Plus there is a free use equipment room that supplies everything you need, including beach chairs. You can easily scope out the pool and courts from your fifth floor balcony to avoid crowds if you prefer your privacy. We are already planning our next trip to St Pete and we will definitely stay at the Sunrise again!

We loved this location for our 4th of July beach trip. We could roll out of bed for the sunrise in the morning and walk across the street for the sunset! It was perfect! Not to mention the beautiful fireworks we could see from our balcony all across the bay!

Second time coming to St. Pete Beach and second time staying here. I would highly recommend staying here to anybody. Rooms are amazing, staff are amazing. Great location, easy access to the beach, stores, restaurants ect.

Everything with the condo was great. St pete was doing construction right in front of the building which hindered crossing for the beach easily but that is the only complaint..great vacation

This was my second vacation staying here. The room is great and great veiws from both the front and back balcony. Very short walk to the beach.
