Wow, what a great vacation rental at St petes beach. I can see where the name comes from as the sunrise on a morning was phenomenal. Apartment was spacious and great location with great views on the balcony. Beach was accross the road. Apartment had everything you needed and management was on hand when needed.

The only problem we had was that the wrong door lock code was sent to me, and I had to contact the office when we could not get in. The office provided the correct code, but what if we had arrived late, after the office closed?

The Sunrise really is the best spot. The views over the bay are just stunning. You get the sunrise from the balcony and the sunsets right across the street directly on the beach. This unit was nicely done. I especially like that there was a queen bed in the guest bedroom. Twins are nice for kids, but not friendly for adults. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Nancy in the office is a gem. She truly cares about all the tenants. Stop in to say thank you to her if you get the chance. She is the face of the Sunrise. ❤️
