Sunrise Resort 410

This Condo was better then I could have expected. I can't wait to come back again. Beach was in walking distance. The view from the back patio was breath taking. Everything was so easy from checking in to taking out the garbage!

Very relaxing vaca! Positives: Location is good for not being right on the beach. View of both bay and Gulf. Lots of food and bar options close by. Lots of pool and beach supplies provided and sporting equipment for tennis, pickleball, etc. Clean and well stocked. Fairly quiet although you can hear court activity starting early morning. Negatives: Washer was so loud you couldn’t use while in the unit. Never got the dishwasher to work. Fan in Master was too loud to tolerate. Beds were all very hard. Kitchen was a little cramped for cooking, but overall it was great for 4 adults. I would stay again if the appliances were upgraded.

The place was great. Me and my family enjoyed the place. It had more than expected. I wish I could stay longer. The building was pretty peaceful and felt safe. The surroundings were clean and kept up.

Everything was good. Been to St Pete many times. It never disappoints.

The condo was great, pool was great and the beach was a very short walk. We dropped off my son at Eckerd college and it was a perfect place to stay.

The condo was just as described. It was in a great location. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

We enjoyed how close it was to the beach and restaurants. And the sunrise views from our balcony were incredible as were the sunset views. I’m a drone photographer and it was the perfect location to capture photos.

I selected this apartment because of its view and proximity to the beach. The bonus was being able to walk to affordable restaurants nearby and easily drive to downtown. I really enjoyed the lovely sunrises and water views from the quiet terrace. Customer service was accessible after hours and speedily resolved an issue. Highly recommend.

Great place - easy check in, was clean, and very very quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Adults all around us (if there were kids, they were silent), on-site staff were very friendly. Grounds well kept, and the unit itself was as described. Would stay again.

I'm not sure where to begin! Sunrise Resort is exactly what we needed and the PERFECT getaway spot on St. Pete Beach. I prefer to stay here over ocean front from here on out. Sunrise resorts gives you the best of both worlds with a sunrise AND the sunset from all units as well as close up nature experiences with the manatees and birds that like to hang around. The building and property are pristinely kept. Any issues are addressed immediately by the management so be sure to tell them anything that's isn't quite right or in need of repair. Unit 410 was SPOTLESS and so cozy and comfortable that I felt like it was my own getaway condo. I'm very particular about having comfortable accommodations away from home because of dealing with fibromyalgia and celiac so a fully stocked kitchen is a must for cooking all my meals. It had everything and more! The unit is perfect for 4 adults. The linens were wonderful and came with extra blankets and towels, pool towels for 4 as well as 2 beach umbrellas, 5 beach chairs, pool noodles, a cooler, even a fishing pole for ones who fish, and a starter pack of toiletries and a welcome binder full of all information needed for your stay. The condo did not disappoint and I will absolutely stay here in this unit when I come back to the area. The owners were so responsive and went above and beyond as well as Colleen and Audrey to address a situation where the king bed was too firm for even my husband. I was willing to buy my own mattress topper, but within hours they replaced it with a beautiful medium firm and VERY COMFORTABLE king bed (which I'll also be buying for home). A couple of things to note about the bedroom facing the street will hear the traffic at night but won't bother ones used to it. You'll hear people playing on the tennis court if it's being used. There was some light construction going on in the complex next door a few days we were there because the area is still recovering but other than that, St. Pete Beach looks amazing from even 6 months ago when we visited. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk across the street but the crosswalk light takes a while at times.

The condo was spacious and had a beautiful view of the bay, from the kitchen and back of the home. The Master Bedroom was large and had a very comfortable King-sized bed, with clean linens. It had several pieces of bedroom furniture, which provided plenty of storage space, in addition to a small clothes closet. The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The outdoor balcony was large enough to sit 4 people at a table, for a meal. It also had two additional large captain chairs for relaxing and enjoying the lovely waterview. Pool area, cabana, dock and surrounding areas were well maintained and landscaping was manicured. Management office onsite is a real plus. We had a great stay!

My family loved our stay at this resort. The condo was well laid out and clean. We loved the pool and view of both the beach and bay side. Definitely a family friendly area that we would love to return to in the future!

The Sunrise Resort, I’ve been going there for the last eight years. It never disappoints people are friendly clean, and will be going back year after year. The staff super friendly and always there to help you. The pool area and the view are very nice

Always a great stay at the Sunrise Resort

Very nice unit and property. Kitchen is tight for more than one person, but workable.

We have stayed in various apartments over the years. This was the first time I felt this particular apartment wasn’t ready for rental. Apart from the shower and bath not working, I found breakfast cereal between the cushions, the floors were grubby and I had to wash the mugs twice in the dishwasher to remove the coffee residue. The staff in the office were delightful and had repairs done as quickly as possible. These complaints did not spoil our holiday and we will book this resort again.

The cond was very neat and clean and had a kitchen area with all kinds of pots, pans, glassware etc.Location was good with many stores and restaurants a short walk away.Nothing else to say except we will be back,

Great location, perfect for our family of 4. Great sunset views and manatees showed up two of the 3 mornings of our stay. Central to a lot of restaurants and beach access points right across Gulf Blvd.

My family's week at Sunrise was predictably terrific! The location is beyond compare with beautiful bay views out the back and a glimpse of the ocean as you exit the back door. This unit, the resort pool and Sunrise grounds are maintained beautifully. Never had a problem with noise at this resort as the quiet rules seem to be strictly adhered to.I appreciate the little extra touches like beach chairs in the closet. Pretty, tasteful furnishings and everything worked great, except for a temporary mishap with the ice maker - quickly resolved. A newer guest to Sunrise will need to know that this is not like a hotel stay; although you will have basic items so you don't have to race out to the store, you may need to purchase extra soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. which is reasonable and understandable. My feedback for improvement would be for the Sunrise units to invest in better blinds as some of the vertical blinds bite the dust every time we tried to open or close them. The condo feels nice and spacious. A+ experience!

Excellent location. Onsite parking. Unit is furnished with everything we needed for a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Gulf is across the street with a stoplight for easy crossing. Looking forward to staying in the same unit upon our return in the future.
