We had a fabulous time at Sunrise Resort. Everything you could think of was made available to us. We had sports equipment and a bbq to use by the pool. The room was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry, and outside seating. The office people were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo and we will be returning!

We enjoyed our stay in Sunrise #406. Our rental was clean, with enough space for a comfortable stay for our group of 2 adults and 2 teens. Watching the sunrise over the bay from the balcony was a great way to start the day. It's an easy walk across a somewhat busy road to get to the beautiful beach, plan for 10 minutes from your door to the beach. The closest beach entrance is just between the Tradewinds and Sirata resorts. This spot on the beach was never crowded. This particular Sunrise rental did not include any beach gear aside from 2 towels and a cooler, and neither the Tradewinds nor Sirata would rent chairs/umbrellas unless you were staying with them, so plan to bring your own or pick up some gear at one of the beach shops that are just across the street. There were plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen, water filter and ice maker in the fridge, but no hand or shower soaps. The pool area is nice although not large, so it can get crowded quickly but didn't stay crowded for long. There is a storage area near the pool with tennis, pickelball, and shuffleboard gear that we didn't discover until a few days into our stay, look for a white door where the recycling cans are. A covered parking spot was included, our parking pass was waiting for us in our room at check-in.

This vacation rental was perfect for my family. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The view of the bay was absolutely breath taking. The room is very accessible and right next to the elevator. Very quiet location. Directly across from the tradewinds where there is beach access. Within walking distance to many popular restaurants, bars, and the grocery store. This is our second time staying at sunrise resort. We already booked our 2023 spring break trip in the same unit. Couldn’t love this spot more.

We were very pleased with our stay. The pictures of the accommodations were right on and didn't mislead at all. The only negative was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for the majority of our stay and inaccessible.

This is our 2nd time at sunrise! Location is perfect! Across the street from the golf and yet East side of resort is well protected Ted from the winds give you are magnificent morning view. My husband never wants to stay anywhere but here! Unit 406 has all the comforts of home. Very well appointed unit. Comfortable beds! . Loved the unit!
