Sunrise Resort 305

We came to Florida for a family wedding. I am very picky where we stay and the condo was perfect. I have stayed at several VRBOs and this unit was spotless. I was impressed with how clean it was. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The balcony was big with an amazing view. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent place to watch sunrises from the balcony and just a short walk across the street to watch sunsets on the beach. It was such a treat watching manatees from the balcony as well! The unit was clean and furniture was as pictured. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer so could take clean clothes home with us too! There are two Weber grills available by the pool. It was nice having this option as eating out can get expensive on the beach. If you’re looking for great Italian food though, check out Buona Ristorante. We ordered take out one night (pizza and garlic knots) and were so impressed we went back and ate in the restaurant trying various dishes. This building is also close to the new Sunrunner bus line, which you can take to the Corey Avenue Sunday market or all the way to the St Petersburg Pier (we enjoyed both destinations). -It’s just a short walk across the street to jump on the bus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this place if your looking for a beach vacation with some comforts of home.

Very nice place and location. The pool and complex were smaller than pictures seemed but it worked out just fine! I would definitely stay again! Parking was easy and condo was well equipped.

Loved all the beach supplies/toys for our toddler, the beach towels and close proximity across the street. Super quiet and peaceful resort, also loved the pool!

This condo is bright, updated and clean. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in by far. It has a beautiful view of the water and the beach really is steps away. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and even a cool tequila bar down the way. The host provided typical hotel things, small shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and plenty of towels. In addition there was coffee and popcorn and a couple of beach chairs and toys. Guests are expected to check in with the office on arrival. That info wasn’t in the check in information sent by Airbnb. You get assigned parking as well. The pool is nice, but a bit smaller than than it appears in the pictures. The beach is beautiful and clean. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Very spacious with a great balcony view

Unit 305 Sunrise Resort Condos is beautiful, comfortable, especially the king size master bed. Amenities are great, pickle vall/tennis court, shuffle board (watched families compete rom our comfortable balcony while watching manatees, dolphin and many birds. Already looking forward to next year's stay.

Our condo was in a great location overlooking the pool and lagoon. It included everything we could possibly need for our week’s stay. Although we did not see any manatees during our stay, we had a wonderful stay!

It was a beautiful condo, and it was very conveniently located. We had a good time in the pool, and we were very comfortable. We will return!

Once again our 3 week stay in this beautiful, well kept unit has come to an end. It is perfectly located on Gulf Blvd. So close to their public transportation and so many great places to eat/drink we didn't even need a car! Finger are crossed we continue to have beach access right across the street.!! See you next year! Thank you to the ladies in the office on site who always made us feel welcome, no matter the issue.

We throughly enjoyed our time at Sunrise Resort. Check in and out was a breeze and the office staff was extremely helpful. Location was terrific with the beach access directly across the street. The condo was clean, well stocked with beach chairs and toys, comfortable beds, relaxing living room furniture and a peaceful balcony.

Awesome location and room quality! Location is walkable to the beach, a supermarket, and many restaurants. We had a great view of the bay, and the pool and hot tub were well-maintained. If you plan on staying more than a night or two, be sure to bring or purchase your own shampoo/conditioner— it’s not like a hotel with daily toiletry replacement or cleaning. They provide basics for cleaning and cooking (including washer/dryer and a dishwasher). Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Great stay, location is in the heart of everything only a walk across the street to the beach which is one of the best beaches in the world. Property grounds are very well maintained. Unit was very well maintained and the balcony view was awesome over looking the inlet with manatees living in the bay right by the resort dock. The resort office gals were great to work with got us in our room early on the first day we arrived. Look forward to coming back soon

Staying at the sunrise resort was one of the best stays we have ever had. Unit 305 was perfect for us. It was clean and well kept up, it had everything we needed including beach chairs which was a bonus so we didn’t have to buy any. The location is perfect in the heart of St Pete beach a 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants and beach bars. Great pool and grounds with manatee living a few feet from the resorts dock. The decks/balconies are big and great to lounge on and enjoy the unreal scenery. The building and grounds are well maintained and the gals working in the office were super friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back maybe 2 weeks next time.

Staff at the resort made everything easy from reservations to answering questions. This was my 5th stay and am coming back next year.

The location is privileged, everything is really very comfortable and clean, a great experience, we will certainly visit them again.

It was so easy at check in and check out. The people were so nice. King bed was so so comfortable. Cabinets were stocked with wine glasses and champagne flutes, just what we needed! The hot tub was amazing!!! Will stay again!

Resort and condo were very nice. Master bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was really low and it could use a screen on the slider in the master bedroom.

#305 was so cute! The couches and king bed were very comfortable. The cabinets were nicely stocked with champagne and wine glasses, just what we needed!

This was the perfect Airbnb. It was clean, well equipped, and a short walk to everything (delicious restaurants, shops, and the beach). Would definitely recommend this place.

The place was perfect! It was sparkling clean and in a great location. I would love to come back to this condo the next time I'm in FL.

We are repeat guests at the resort. Our group this time consisted of 3 units. The management office was very helpful at accommodating our rooms to be next to each other. Rooms were ready and very clean when we arrived.

Resort is within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants. Pool area is kept very organized and clean. Love the dock area where you can see various marine life and fish.

Definitely a place to relax and enjoy.

We spent a week here. Everything was perfect for what we needed. They had everything as advertised. Close distance to the beach, probably around 3 mins walk. Close distance to everything. We would stay here again.

Minor maintenance issues with our unit, the area rug has seen better days, patio screen doesn't work, exhaust fan in bath also not working. Cleaning could always be better, but was happy to get in a bit before check in time. Already booked for next year!

The Sunshine Resort is centrally located with very good facilities and great views, especially sunrise. We have been going there for many years and it would be difficult to find something better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from the cold northern weather

The location is perfect. Condo was clean with updated amenities. We loved spending time at the pool and fishing off the dock in the back. The beach was a quick walk across the street. Our kids didn't want to leave (and truthfully, neither did we)! We will definitely be back.
