Sunrise Resort 209

Absolutely perfect! Book it now. Extremely clean, great location, beautiful property. Short walk across the street to the beach. Pool was quiet and had two grills with shaded tables if you want to grill. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Or unit had a beach wagon to easily get all your gear to the beach. We were there the week before Memorial Day-the beach was huge and not crowded at all. Honestly, I’m pretty critical when it comes to cleanliness and this unit was immaculate. We had 4 adults with plenty of room. If you have small children or teenagers you could squeeze two more in easily and sleep in the living area. We will definitely stay here next time we are in St Pete’s.

Perfect location! Could walk to shops, restaurants and across the street to the beach. The condo was super clean with all the amenities and even had beach gear to spend the day on the beach. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sunrise! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The beach access was right across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was clean, cutely decorated, as advertised…having coffee and laundry detergent there was a nice touch.

Third stay at this property. Every condo we have stayed in has been well stocked and comfortable. Beach across the street, pool and hot tub clean. Shuffle board and tennis courts well maintained. Love to see the dolphins and manatees in the bay right behind the resort.

This was a great place. Very clean...beautifully decorated...great location with a super short walk to the beach. Lots of added touches. Beach chairs and toys were great to have and we used the chairs everyday. Pool was a little small but who needs a pool when the ocean is across the street. Staff was awesome. Check in and out was so easy. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This property has an excellent location to great restaurants, beach access, and amazing ice cream shops. The condo is very clean. The pool was also very nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great value for those looking to stay at and on St. Pete Beach. Easy to access and across the street from the beach and many restaurants. You can watch the sunrise in the east and sunset to the west. Unfortunately wasn’t able to get much sunshine during our stay, but enjoyed the pickleball courts. Will stay again if in the area.

I thought this was perfect! It was great for my friends and I, bedrooms were spaced out, lots of room, and had everything we needed. The location was great, walkable to many bars and restaurants, a block away from the beach. We thought it was better than staying at a resort because the pool and hot tub was clean and you could have it to yourself, it wasn’t as packed as it would be at a resort. Overall great trip and good find in an airbnb

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to convenient beach access. The suite was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The pool area had plenty of space to unwind, and the pickleball court added an extra layer of fun to our trip!

Overall, we had an amazing experience with this property. It was clean, well furnished, great location and the property is beautiful! We will stay here again!

The condo was great overall. It was easy access from the ground floor and was very quiet. The lady with the management staff that was present when we arrived (I wish I could recall her name to give her credit) was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early after a long 14 hour drive so we could rest. The condo was clean and we had all of the supplies we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, as it had a thick mattress topper on it. The only complaints we had was the couches were disconnected so we couldn't relax and use the electric recline (the main couch made you sit straight up which was uncomfortable) due to other guests not using them properly. I would suggest putting ther couches that are comfortable if they're not going to allow the guests to use the recline feature on the current ones in the condo. The other complaint was the TV in the master bedroom had blown speakers. We let the office know so hopefully it'll get replaced for the next guests.

Very Comfortable!

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice pool area.

We loved the set up of our place. We had a gorgeous patio to eat breakfast, read a book, or have a quiet dinner. There was a small patio out front to relax if the sun was too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as working grills down by the pool. We saved quite a bit of money by cooking meals at our place. The grounds outdoors were well manicured and kept extremely clean. The view from the balcony was wonderful both morning and evening, but would become hot in the afternoon which os to be expected in June. There were so many restaurants and tiki bars within walking distance, therefore the location is amazing. Beach access is directly across the street.

We will definitely be back to this location, but might select a cooler month.

We were a family of 5 adults, this apparent had everything you needed and much more. There is nothing I could say bad about this holiday let.

Place clean, comfortable, great location and great view. You can walk everyone, restaurants, beach right across.

An exceptional location close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The unit was immaculate upon our arrival. The unit and resort had all the amenities we had hoped for. The only minor shortfall was a lack of glassware in the cupboards. Overall and excellent experience.

On-site staff are very responsive.

This condo had everything you would need for a vacation close to the beach...washer/dryer, beach chairs, tennis rackets for the tennis court, pool, grill, essentials for cooking, and more. Plus outside with bay views in the back made meals more enjoyable!

Great location. Balcony is perfect for your morning coffee, overlooking the pool and bayside. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach toys. Very close to Publix and walkable to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of four. The pool area and tennis courts were really nice and the beach was such an easy walk. We truly loved it all.

Sunrise is a great, central location on Gulf Blvd with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Aptly named as the sunrises and morning vistas are stunning; especially from the balconies located on the upper floors. Rising moons at nighttime are also picturesque. The angle of the resort is positioned such that gulf breezes aren’t felt as strongly as if one were to be on the beach making poolside lounging quite comfortable. The pool temperature is warm while still refreshing. With respect to Unit 209 specifically, the couch and loveseat were old and worn. Management professionals Dawn and Nancy were pleasant, helpful and exceptional at making our stay comfortable.

Great location with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants. The beach is across the street and easy to access. Everybody we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We want to bring our kids and grandkids next time! I did one load of laundry and the washer needs some maintenance. But our cloths were cleaned, so not a major problem.

Great proximity to the beach. Rooms are very clean with lots of usable gear for games or a day out in the sun :)

We loved our stay at Sunrise. The kids had so much fun that they didn’t even want to leave the resort. We plan on coming back again as the condo was perfect size for us. It had all of the utilities needed to cook with, and surprised in how many beach items where there as well. We brought so much with us that we really didn’t need to bring.

The balcony provided the perfect spot and view by which to enjoy our morning coffee and evening cocktails. Pool and hot tub were a nice alternative to the beach. Great location - easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Added bonus was the manatees and dolphins that visited daily!!

My daughters and I are repeat guests here and we absolutely love it! Plenty of room, quiet, clean, and a beautiful view in the back! Location is great and just across the street from the beach!!

Had a golf trip to St. Pete. Was a perfect spot. Place was nice. Coffee maker had issues. Reported that. Otherwise quiet, peaceful. HOT water. Love it.

We had a girls weekend, and this place was perfect! The size was just right and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach easily. The rental had everything we needed for the weekend.

Fabulous little unit. Spotlessly clean and everything you would need for a great stay at the beach. Handy to restaurants, 5 mins from the beach. The pool is so quiet and we had the joy of seeing the family of manatees in the lagoon at the back! We will definitely be back
