A beautiful property close to amazing beaches and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay, was in a great location! Loved seeing dolphins and manatees from our balcony, and the area was perfect for a short walk to the beach and for shopping and restaurants. :-)

We had an excellent time in St. Pete! The view from the room is amazing. We will return. Everything is as described.

This is my 2nd time staying at Sunrise Resort and I love the proximity to everything, all the staff are friendly and very helpful.

The location is right in the heart of St. Pete Beach. Easy access to everything including the beach (across the street and through a parking lot). The unit is well appointed with everything you need. The Utility closet was very cluttered with beach chairs that happened to be broken when we visited but the beach has a plethora of permanent wooden chaise lounges for public use. Next door to a surf shop and a block away from a liquor store and grocery store. Be sure to visit the Italian Bakery .9 mi. away. Buonissimo.

This was exactly what we were looking for. It was walking distance to the beach, with an amazing view to the bay for pretty sunrises, and had a pool. The condo was spotless and had a lot more included amenities than I thought. I packed my own beach chairs but on arrival, there were beach chairs, umbrellas, a boogie board, buckets, etc. We dined at Crabby Bills & Fo’ Cheezy which were both walking distance from the place. About a block over on the beach, there’s a place that does a lot of water sports. We did the banana boat and one of their sunset cruises. Both were definitely worth it. We also went to Sunshine City Comedy Club which was maybe a 2 minute walk from the place. If you’re interested in going downtown, it was a quick 15 minute Uber ride. In downtown, we dined at Fresco’s which was easily one of my favorite meals this weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a better weekend & am so happy with the location and the condo overall.

We enjoyed this resort. Easy walk across the road to the beach. We went everyday. The pool was shaded by the building in the afternoon. Saw a dolphin and manatees at the dock. Friendly neighbors.

Great place to stay!!! The location was perfect and close to so many different restaurants and local shopping and the beach was just a short walk across the street!!!

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment with beautiful evening views. We stayed here with our 4 month old and two daughters and had plenty of room and enjoyed the fantastic facilities and the pool which was great for families.

Friendly, clean,inviting! watch the manatees playing is the best. Morning coffee and manatee watching! A great way to start the day! relaxing by the pool, shopping and enjoying the wonderful restaurants and nightlife!

I had a great time at this condominium. Me and my friends were in walking distance to the beach as well as other bars, restaurants, stores and fun good things. Everything super nice. I like it a lot.

We sayed in 204 5 nights & one of us attended a conference at Tradewinds. We called the office a couple of times & they answered all questions prior and during our stay.
On arrival (Sunday), no one was available on the phone but no issues getting into the unit since all info was in an email. The code didn't work at first, hold the checkmark after the code. First impression was great until items needed charging. Only one outlet next to the couch worked, many did not work & no fuses were tripped. We used that one outlet & one in each bdrm. Then while locking door with the slide, a screw fell out & another screw from above fell out. It didn't really affect the door, but that was 2 screws in 10 minutes. We noticed a water stain by the fridge floor which had been there awhile, sugar packets open, dirty fans, dirty sink, dirty fridge, coffee pot was filthy, & no DW detergent. I reported this to the office & they were very apologetic. I didn't want to be charged for something. Then the slider door handle broke off. I took pictures & reported that as well.
Despite some maintenance/cleanliness issues, our stay was great! Plenty of room for us, the view on the balcony was the best spot & the noise level of the whole place was not overwhelming like Tradewinds/RumFish. If you have kids and always want activities at the beach/resort, maybe this isn't the place for you, but it is a quick walk across the street. Plenty of kids at the condo pool that were never running around or screaming.
A driver we used, Steve (very nice) from Treasure Island Airport Shuttle picks you up in a Lincoln & can fit 3 in the back, 1 in the front. We used / to get around, Nate was awesome! We had his cell# & could call him anytime. We left coffee in the freezer, kcup kit (fyi kcup continues dripping when done, put another cup there) & tide/downey.
We would stay again!

This rental was absolutely perfect for us. Bright, clean condo with amazing sunrises and sunsets. The beach was a 2 minute walk and lots of places nearby for food and supplies. We loved every minute of our stay here and can’t wait to go back again. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Sunrise Resort and room 204 exceeded our expectations of another great stay in Paradise! Beautifully landscaped grounds with plenty of room to relax by the pool, the bay sea wall, the fishing dock and under the gazebo. The pool and hot tub were kept at the perfect temperature. Plenty of activities including tennis & pickleball, shuffleboard, fishing and cooking on 2 Weber gas grills. Morning walks on the beach and watching breathtaking sunsets is a short walk across the street, along with numerous restaurants and beach bars. Sandbar Bills, Bongos and Gigi’s among our favorites. Room 204 continues to impress with fully stocked kitchen, 55” smart TV for all your streaming networks and new carpet in the bedrooms. Step out on the balcony for beautiful bay views for watching manatees, dolphins, pelicans or just relaxing with your favorite meals, beverages & books. It’s great to talk to the returning guests that love the Sunrise as much as we do!

If you're looking for a great place to stay that has easy access to local shopping, restaurants and the beach, this is the place!!! Couldn't have been happier with the location and the cleanliness of the condo. Will definitely be back!!!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family, a very easy walk across to an uncrowded beach with easy to carry beach chairs and toys! The beds and couches were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed! Much more affordable than tradewinds but we had access to all the amenities! The beach store across the way was a huge convenience and very easy to get to a lot of stores/restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful condo and property! Very clean and close to the beach! Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella to use. We grilled out one night which was a great change from eating out. Nancy from the office was so nice and helpful!

Great beach condo! We loved the building, staff, and location. Condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen with a variety of pots & pans, nice knives, and even containers for storing leftovers. Well stocked with everything you need for a beach day! Can’t say enough about this condo!

Great place to kick off your shoes and relax. Place was very clean, staff was helpful, pool is warm like a bath, and pool area is great, nice view from lanai. Close to several restaurants and bars. Loved it!

This condo was fantastic. We immediately renewed for next year already. Every detail inside was perfect and there were even plenty of toys (pool noodles, lounge chairs, balls, etc) for the kids to use. The facilities are great. Great pool, fishing dock, tennis courts, shuffleboard was just perfect for our family and the location is right in the center of St Pete Beach. I honestly couldn't be happier with this vacation rental. I'd give it 10 stars.

Stayed a week with wife and teen. You do have to cross a street to get to beach but it's only a 5 min walk. Condo was clean and had everything needed. Views were nice. Close to restaurants. Walkable area. We thought about bike rentals but there is a fair amount of traffic.

We loved the complex, our room, and especially the balcony seating. It was very peaceful to sit and view the water from there, and we ate most of our meals on the balcony. Everyone was friendly and welcoming

Clean, great location—easy beach access/short drive to great restaurants, quick check-in, and beautiful view of the sunrise over the water. We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable for 4 adults to both sleep and hang out when we weren’t at the beach or out and about. This was our first stay in St. Pete Beach and I would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you!

We needed an unplugged escape from Ohio and 2020 in general. Sunrise 204 delivered. We had coffee and breakfast every morning on the balcony and watched the manatees. Amazing! Very short walk to the white sand beach and clear gulf water. Tons of beach to spread out. A shell hunters paradise. We enjoyed many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also made the short walk back to the beach for sunset every night. A beautiful sight. We enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub every night, having it to ourselves almost every evening. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resort is meticulously kept. Sunrise 204 is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful, easy vacation. The beds are amazing. Beautifully decorated. Stocked kitchen for cooking meals, and containers for leftovers. Plenty of linens provided. Incredibly clean condo. Great wifi and TV options for the kids, but the better show is the wildlife and bay view from the balcony. Best of both worlds, bay sunrise and either walk to beach for sunset or watch from the front of the complex. A very relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to return!

The location is great and the amenities of the property are very good. The unit we stayed in is in need of updating, particularly the furniture and the master bath.

We enjoyed another wonderful stay at the Sunrise Resort! Weather was great and room 204 was spotless as usual. We love the balcony views while eating breakfast & lunch or just relaxing from a long walk on the beach. Pool & spa area is very nice with plenty of chairs and 2 new gas grills under the gazebo. Many restaurants & beach bars within walking distance, Bongos & Jimmy B's among our favorites.This 2B/2B condo with nice finishes was well equipped for preparing eat in dinners as well as watching the game on the 55" TV. Beds were great and the new towels were a nice upgrade. Convenient 2nd floor location was closer to the water and your choice of taking the stairs or waiting for the elevator. New property management already making improvements and familiar friendly faces in the office. Looking forward to our return visit!Review from TripAdvisor

Love this place. We spent hours sitting on the balcony of 204 looking out on the bay and watching manatees. In the evening we watched the sunset from the front balcony. Great location. You can walk to most everything. We took beautiful walks on the beach and spent time lounging around the pool. This place has other amenities as well. Shuffle board, hot tub, outdoor grills and gazebo area. You can fish from the dock or just sit and enjoy the sun.
