The apartment was as described and we felt very comfortable. You could watch the Manatees from the balcony. All in all, we had a very nice time there.

Beautiful location. Short walk to the beach. We are arched manatees play from the balcony. Everyone was really friendly, from staff to other renters. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

This was our first stay at this resort/condo. The location was perfect. The beachfront, restaurants, and shopping were all within walking distance, which we loved. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views of the Intercoastal Waterway from our balcony, not to mention, the daily visits from the manatees were a treat! We are already planning for our vacation here next year. Thank you for the hospitality!

Condo, and the location, provided everything we needed for our wonderful time in St. Pete.

From booking to check out, I was kept informed the entire time. Photos looked exactly like the property. Soooo clean. Cute little welcome note. We will definitely be coming back!!

My friends and I loved staying here! The view was gorgeous and there was so much to do. The hosts provided coolers, chairs, pool toys, and a very clean space. It was a super short walk from the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful location and such a welcome change from winter in the north in PA. Lovely landscaping and wonderful wind protection around the pool for the windy cooler days that come occasionally. Heated pool. The king size bed needs a new mattress.

We stayed at the Sunrise Resort for 4 nights. Beautiful view, sparkling clean .. 1 king & 2 twin beds. Condo fully furnished with all amenities. The building is meticulously cared for , pool area clean and well equipped with chairs & tables. BBQ’s available. The on-site management ladies were lovely to deal with. We will definitely return.

We have been coming here for 8 years now. Best place to stay on the beach. Much preferable to a hotel as there are separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a full kitchen and laundry on site is great and saves a bunch of money eating out. Directly across the street from the beach so easy access plus you're right on the bay so you have water views on both sides. Closets normally have beach and pool items left in them to use. Great location as everything is within walking distance or you can ride the free beach ride if you don't have a rental. Nancy in the office is great as always if you need anything!

it was great. it is like home away from home. Had everything we needed. great location. Amazing view, except palm tree. This is our second time staying at this facility and it is perfect. The only complaint or suggestion I would make is to add cold water to the pool during summer months LOL. It is too hot.

A great week in paradise. Condo was clean, perfect views, kids loved the pool. Used the grills daily to cookout - very clean and property is well maintained.

Rental unit was very clean. Colleen was very nice to work with.

Our rental was wonderful. Everything was very clean and it was also cozy. I love the balcony, it’s so nice to wake up and have some coffee out there. The only complaint I have really is there was no salt and pepper. The pool is great!

From start to finish A+ 5 stars we got in very late after midnight and access was super easy and the lights were all on and place looked amazing. We all felt very welcomed. Everything we needed was there !! We will be back and next time for a longer stay as like I said everything was perfect inside and outside.

This was nothing but a terrific experience. We originally stayed in unit 207 but after finding we liked it there so much we decided to extend our stay. Dawn, Nancy and Carmen did a terrific job of helping us find another unit in the property to extend our stay. (We went to St. Pete because our property in Ft. Myers was uninhabitable after hurricane Ian :(). The second property was nice as well. Being our extended stay was shorter we werent as picky with the view from our veranda. This unit is so nice. The only thing we would like better is the view from the veranda. The palm trees are big and when sitting on the veranda that is what you are looking at. You can't see out over the water. However; the manatee were right below us! we could see them right from our veranda chairs:). This property had beach chairs and coolers to use for the beach. Everything was nice. The ladies were just a pleasure to deal with - always smiling and friendly. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

We had a great time staying at Sunrise! Loved the balcony and the dock with the manatees. Would love to come again in the future!

Enjoyed this resort - had everything we needed. The only downside was that the water view from balcony was blocked for the most part by palm trees on the property . Unit was cleaned, well stocked. Pack your own soaps, shampoo for shower , as these items were offered in miniature size.

This rental was exactly as described. The location was great and beach access was directly across the street. The staff (including the maintenance guy) was extremely helpful and available if needed. The inside was clean. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great accommodations and location. Room 201 is on the end and right by the water which made for a great place to relax on the deck. There were manatees right in the water! The pool and shuffleboard were excellent additions. There is a entrance to the beach right across the street through the Hertz parking lot. Plenty of things to do and places to eat all within walking distance. We definitely consider staying here again!

WE have ben staying at this condo complex for about 9 years but this year we were moved to another unit> What a lovely place to rest and recoup from the winter of the north. Very nice kitchen and living area but the best is the back balcony and water views! Love watching the wildlife and water daily! Just a short walk across the street is the beach of the gulf! Could not ask for more.

I hesitated to write this review. We had a great stay. The property was overlooking the bay and we did have a "sunrise" view. The outdoor balcony was blissful. I love staying at VRBOs and this one was immaculate! The rooms and the furnishings were updated and perfect for my daughter's and my needs. So why the hesitation? The property is through a realty company and they did a great job, but it did mean that there was extra paperwork to which I'm not accustom. The second bathroom shower did not work, but my daughter simply used the master shower. I did let the manager know, so hopefully that has been fixed. At check-out, we tried to turn on the dishwasher (we hadn't needed to turn it on before then) and it would not turn on. No lights or anything. One more thing if you stay there. It is neither a plus nor a minus. Some places have basic pantry items like salt and pepper, and a small oil. Coffee and tea and microwave popcorn were the only food stuffs provided, so if you plan to cook, you will have to bring or buy those types of items. I would definitely stay there again. The office was very responsive, so I'm confidant some of the handyman issues have been addressed.
