This vacation home is in a great location just steps from the beautiful beach at Treasure Island. We did have an issue with the pool that was eventually resolved to our satisfaction. We would recommend this home for a relaxing getaway.

Home was super clean and even had soap ,garbage bags, etc. in a little welcome basket. Had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, close to the beach and amenities. We had a problem with locking the door, as the code would only work off and on. We were able to access a key with the help of NextHome. I would have liked to have had more shampoo and conditioner, and a few dishwasher pellets to start out. The space was very accommodating.

Our stay was very enjoyable. It’s a short walk (5 minutes) to the main road, with a trolley stop right there, or walk across that main road for beach access. There were beach chairs, a wagon and cooler bags in the house making it very easy to take a day trip over to the beach. Hop on the trolley to explore over 20 miles of beaches and towns. We were not cramped at all in the house, with plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were nice! The pool isn’t heated so not really useable at night as the water gets pretty chilly, and the hot tub does take a while to warm up, but we got plenty of use out of them. The house had everything we needed for basic comfort and to cook a few meals.

Our family loved this place! The house was clean and spacious, but the pool was our favorite part! The landscaping around the pool was like a tropical paradise. Although in a neighborhood, the house feels very private. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk away, and several restaurants/beach bars a bit further. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through and people were very friendly. We will definitely return to this spot in the future. Highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with this Treasure Island location. It was literally a 5 minute walk to the best beach around. It has a wonderful paved boardwalk about 2 miles round trip, .Some of the hotels have public access to bars and restaurants. The beach is the nicest and widest in the area. Had breakfast most days at the Waffle House on the corner, the staff there was a hoot..dressed in different costumes every day and so very nice you just wanted to keep visiting them. The pool at the home is wonderful, and there are plenty of floats and chairs and beach equipment. We have stayed in many rentals here, and this home is pretty basic. But you won’t be disappointed if you are here for beach access. Some essentials could stand to be upgraded. We would have liked a proper dining table to eat and play games. Two of the bedrooms needed a chest or dresser added. You basically live out of your suitcase as there is nothing. Air conditioning does not extend into baths, although it works great in the rest of the home. We left some hopefully helpful suggestions for the homeowner,; with slight improvements it could be a 5 star.

This home was very well furnished and clean and extremely close to the beach. I highly recommend this location. The pool was clean and operating perfectly. Beds are very comfortable. Linens are also very clean. HOME felt very comfortable to stay in.

This property was as advertised and perfect for our family. A 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. And the pool was great for relaxing before and after the beach. The house was clean and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for more!

This was our first time in Florida. We were here for a wedding. The location of this house was perfect for our family if 5. It was private but also close enough we could walk to John's Pass. It's a short walk to the beach which was amazing! There were beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon for the beach which came in really handy. The pool and hot tub was perfect!

fantastic experience. Location couldn't have been better. We never used the year car because everything was within walking distance. Pool and spa were great for the family to relax in. Good communication, easy check in/out. No complaints. We will absolutely book again.

This was our second year renting this property for the month of March. The house was perfect for her family with the pool and hot tub perfect for lounging around all day. The beach is a short walk away (5-10 mins) with beach chairs, coolers and wagons provided. The rental agent was very helpful when we had questions or issues. Treasure Island has a number of restaurant options - try Middle Grounds for a nice dinner. Publix is close by as is Walgreens. Our family ranged from 3 1/2 years old to 84; everyone had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great location with lots of walkable restaurant choices and the beach, not to mention the relaxing onsite pool and hot tub!

Great Location

Great location with a short drive to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The heated pool and hot tub really made the vacation that much better as the kids were able to get in at anytime of the day or evening giving them options. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

This house was absolutely perfect. Very clean. Had all the necessities. The checkin was so easy. Lots of instructions on the fridge and in the welcome email. Everything was labelled. The pool was perfect. The only thing I would suggest people bring is beach towels. Everything else was there. We absolutely enjoyed our time in this house and will definitely recommend it to others and will be back. It was perfect!

This was a perfect home for our week vacation in Treasure Island. All the amenities, clean, modern, awesome pool area. It was perfect for our family of five.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Treasure Island. The home is accurately shown in the VRBO listing. We loved having a pool and hot tub right out the back door while also within walking distance of the beach. Many good restaurants and shopping were a short walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We also enjoyed riding our bikes (we brought them with us) around the island. The home is completely updated - each room has separate air conditioning units for those with different heat tolerance. During our month long stay, the rental management co was very courteous and helpful. This is our second year on Treasure Island - we’ve already signed up to be back next year!

We loved the house and pool/spa area. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from the beach. Perfect for our early January getaway from the MN winter snow. Would definitely return!

Amazing home near the beach, John's Pass, bars and restaurants. There were a lot of amenities that we greatly enjoyed using such as the pool and hot tub, washer and dryer, beach chairs and gear, and more. The home was clean and decor/furnishings looked great. We absolutely recommend this home to anyone and would love to return again next year!

We were absolutely blown away by the cleanliness and amenities included in this home. As we walked in, we were happy to see how much room we had for everyone as well as our luggage. In the past, we had always felt cramped in hotels or smaller homes. We took advantage of the beach gear available and hit the beach which was a nice walk or short bike ride away. The pool and hot tub were both lovely and we enjoyed this option for the cooler days or nighttime. It was so nice to have all of the kitchenware available. This made it very easy to plan a nice Christmas dinner. Not only is this home close to the beach, we also enjoyed walking or biking to restaurants, bars, John's Pass boardwalk, and more! We had a very comfortable, pleasant stay and are already hoping to book again for next year. We highly recommend this home to all!

We had a great tine in the property with the family with 3 kids, the space is very well layout all in 1 floor, the area is quiet but very well located and the pool is very convenient
