Beach Trail Oasis Unit B

We loved our stay here! Everything matched the photos and the host was very accommodating. Very friendly and nice. We had beach towels and chairs that were provided, and that was big plus. Also, the cleaning team did an amazing job and I want to give them a big thank you as well for how clean the place was. The view from the back patio was beautiful. Having breakfast early in the morning watching the sunrise was my favorite thing to do. We were able to bring our two pups with us which was nice. There are a lot of other people with dogs as well in the area, but they are not allowed at the beach so be mindful of that. We loved this trip and it was everything we needed and more. You are literally less than 300 steps from the beach. It met our expectations because that is exactly what we wanted. We did not want to leave, but we hope to visit again soon in the future! Can’t say enough of how great of a host Bonnie was. She was awesome and just had a good vibe from the beginning. I believe everything went well from check-in to check out. We would book this place again.

Incredible space, private, not noisy at all, and overall an incredible time spent. Plenty of places to walk to and the beach was gorgeous. Great play and highly recommend!

If you want a place on the water then this is it!! Literally 128 steps from the patio to the water!!The place offered a nice mix of sun and shade options. We were in Unit B which was very private. The unit had everything we needed for a six day stay. It was very clean but could use a little updating with paint and trim. However, with that being said I understand how hard the salt and sea is on buildings. The sunsets are amazing. It was also nice to have a beach supply closet for chairs and floaters.

Perfect beach getaway! The accommodations were exactly what we needed and the location on the beach was amazing! We loved that it was pet-friendly, making it the perfect spot for a quick and easy getaway.

Wow what a location. If you're looking for a beachfront property, this ticks all the boxes. Whilst it's all about the location, the property was perfect for us, a party of two. Whether it be waking up and having coffee on the patio or watching a stunning sunset sipping a nice cold beer, it's all about the location. We'll definately be back.

Great location! The sleep sofa was very hard we did end up getting an air mattress, however if you do not need to use the sofa couch it is a great space.

This was a wonderful place for us and our two boys to stay! The beach was right outside the door. Quiet beach location south of Clearwater which was very busy. The weather was the only thing that was not perfect. We will come back again!!! Great host!!! Thank you.

Location, Location, Location. Great little place to spend a few days. This is right on the beach. Great decks and chairs to relax on with umbrellas. We will return!

Pet-friendly place (the beach is not "pet-friendly" but no issue). Pet fee could be added from the beginning. Overall, a must stay.

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful Beach and Amazing Sunsets. Perfect and convenient to walk out your back door to the beach, walk across the street for seafood or just 1 parking lot away from breakfast. You also have your own mini kitchen and outdoor grill for eating in! We truly enjoyed our stay and would return.

This property was in the perfect location. The unit was super clean and well stocked. It was right on the beach. The host was amazing and friendly. I loved my stay and will be back next year.

Property was as described. Bed was comfortable, and property was clean. It was nice to have our own parking spot available. Check in out was super easy with the emails and all the info. We were literally steps from the beach..

We had a fantastic stay! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were able to cook meals when we wanted, relax, and enjoy the area with ease. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. Easily a 5-star stay!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our vacation time here at the beach. We wouldn’t have rented a car if we realized there was bus transportation here for $5 a day. Keep that in mind for your stay. Overall a very relaxing and great vacation and met a really nice couple from Maine in unit C.

We had a really good time staying at this rental. The location weas amazing and pretty private. A couple things we did not like were the sofa, it was very uncomfortable and the kitchen was missing oven mitts and bigger pans.

It is in a quiet area one block off of busy Gulf Blvd. Unit B has plenty of room for a couple or a couple with a small child. Upon Arrival, we found a well-cleaned unit with good closet space and a kitchen sufficiently equipped for general cooking needs. Dinng out requires only a short walk.
Despite two hurricanes, the boardwalk to the wide beach was intact. The best aspects of our stay were the managing team at the real estate office and the owner. They are quick to respond to questions and provide any assistance. My wife and I highly recommend this place and will make a very early reservation for next year.

Great location. Window treatments need replacing. Especially the glass sliding doors to the open porch and beach. Landscape has been destroyed on walls by tidal surge. Two large beachfront decks were tossed around by 2recent hurricanes.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into Eckerd college. This place is amazing! Everything was exactly how it was explained in the listing. I have NEVER rented a place that was as excellent as this place… and I am very particular where I spend my money. This made a difficult visit more pleasant!

Being located directly off the beach was phenomenal. Appreciated the shower/hose stations for after beach activities. Was beautiful, bed was comfortable, AC worked great, kitchen had necessities, beach toy closet was a nice bonus. LOVED the welcome by the housekeeping team (I won’t spoil surprise here)! Would 100% book again.

Property was peaceful with direct view and access to the gulf. Exceptionally clean. It’s a shame houses like these are being demolished for condos. Thanks for not giving in to that. We’ll be back again!

Lovely beach cottage, fully stocked with everything you could need. The beach was almost private, and a short walk from the cottage. We had an incredible view of the oceans and the sunsets. Enjoyed our stay!

The view from the patio was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The management company and owners were wonderful.
