Beach Trail Bungalow (Unit A)

We had a fabulous time here. Can walk right out back door, up to the dune and you are out to the beach….perfect! Bonnie was very responsive when there were small issues. The unit is beautiful and well equipped. There is also a storage space that has extra beach chairs, etc. The unit had many extra beach towels. If it was too windy on the beach, we sat out on the amazing back deck in the back yard. This is an awesome place and close to a lot of food places, either walkable or a quick trolly ride down Gulf Blvd. Will rent again if back in the area.

Delighted with the location, easy access to beach, restaurants and shops! Quiet unit. Wonderful shaded porch with a terrific view! Well equipped unit!

We loved the location and the beach access. Everything was within walking distance. You wouldn’t even need a car. Meals can be prepped onsite if you want. Grocery delivery was very convenient. Great place to get away with family or friends and relax.

NextHome property management group were very responsive and accommodating, the property was exactly as described. We were also very appreciative that the Owners are Pet Friendly. We loved our stay so much we want to rent again in the near future.

Location right on the beach was great! Kitchen had necessary utensils and glassware. More towels would have been helpful, so if you need more than 1 / day, bring your own.

Great scenery/sunsets, many restaurants nearby! Home was very comfortable and would highly recommend. Recommended changes: would like to see a king bed in the master BR and reinstalling the patio stairs to the upstairs unit would be ideal. Outside of that all was great!

Had a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of kitchen items. Our unit had a shortage of bath towels and kitchen towels. We got charged for 1 beach towel which we did not take. Excellent location.

The perfect location for a peaceful beach getaway! The place is decorated very nicely and the beds were very comfortable.

House is in a great location. I wish we had been told that the back porch steps were not going to be able to be used (repairs). The master bed needs better linens. Every night the fitted sheet came off of the mattress. Frustrating! The house was relaxing and enjoyable tho. It was clean upon arrival. Overall the house is in good condition but the kitchen could use a little updating. I know it’s a beach rental that gets a lot of use and all in all it was in good shape. I’ve rented other properties at the beach before and I just feel feel this one needs a little bit of TLC in the kitchen. The price we paid I know is more for the location tho.

Great view, great owners, great rental company.

It was an amazing 2 weeks!! The location was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. We enjoyed the deck drinking our coffee in the morning and happy hour and dinners to the sunsets. Restaurants are close by to walk to. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again
