We had a great girls trip to St Pete! The home was beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for four adults to space out. We were thankful for 2.5 baths! Saw quite a few manatees from our balcony. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We loved every minute of our stay! The views were beautiful just as pictured. The unit was very clean and had the supplies we needed to get started with. Lots of places were within walking distance including the grocery store. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Good location within about a mile of Most shops and restaurants within the st Pete beach area. Some restaurants and a Liquor store within walking distance. Publix only a couple mins drive. Beach access directly across gulf Boulevard between 2 apartment blocks.
We loved the gulf view and seen rays, manateees, dog fish and lots of other fish in the dock behind. Would stay again!

Returning guest but with the family this visit. You can't go wrong with the Sunrise. Only thing missing was Nancy in the office. You have the bay out back and the ocean out front. If you are interested in a place the takes cleaning serious, this is your place. even the grounds are kept clean. The units have the items you need to cook meals and if you are missing something specific you might need, just check every drawer and cabinet, you might have overlooked it. Each unit is different but the view and set up are pretty much the same.

On arrival the condo was clean, spacious and very livable. It easily accommodated our 4 adults and 1 child with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is well laid out and all appliances were working.
The view of the waterway and its manatees was stunning from the balcony. The beach was just a short walk across the street. Pool was warm and inviting.
We loved our visit and would definitely come again.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. It was very clean and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the front door, and the patio had a very nice view of the bay with beautiful sunrises. Every aspect of this condo was amazing (pool, cleanliness of all areas in and out, security). The location was wonderful, too, as we could walk to a few of our favorite places. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Maintenance is very responsive. Steve is there early in the morning working on the grounds. Condos are spacious and well appointed. Love the location. Close to Publix, restaurants, and the beach. Good property for seniors, couples or small families. Not a wild beach crowd atmosphere.
