This unit was very clean and included towels and beach chairs. It's a short walk to some very nice sit down restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, so sadly we had little downtime. The beach is just across the street and across a parking lot. Check in was just walking up to the door and entering code. The same with checkout. It was the little things like the way the towels were folded, everything sanitized, the little sampler pack that made this place stand out. We will definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our condo. It was perfect for two adults, very clean and well maintained. Great pool and lots of chairs to sit and soak up the sun. The walk to the beach was easy too. Located right on the main beach road with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

It has a lovely view and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've experienced. I gave check-in a lower rating because they emailed about an hour prior to my arrival and I didn't have a way to connect to email, making check-in a challenge. I'd recommend they use the app for communicating details, as that would have been more accessible. Otherwise a great stay, though. Lots of great restaurants nearby and lovely sunrises and accessible beaches.

Best stay possible. Right across the street from the beach. We will miss it greatly.

What a great condo! Awesome location with nice amenities. I liked everything about the condo.

I was not expecting an envelope for the housekeeper. I don’t think that’s necessary when there is a $160 cleaning fee charged as part of the stay.

Loved our stay. We watched manatees in the morning, went to Yankees spring training games, and enjoyed the sunshine. Would definitely return.

The unit we stayed in was clean, however needs several upgrades including living room furniture which had foam exposed through worn material, blinds and the TV is not setup properly.

When we first walked it, the place was so small. The one bedroom didn't have a closet or dresser. We like to cook meals and the kitchen was not very well equipped. However, we went outside and checked out the grounds. The pool was very nice and quite warm. We went across the street to the beach. It was an easy walk. We checked out a few restaurants during our two week stay and found some real nice places. We enjoyed having our meals on the patio. Also, the place was quiet at night.

This is a slightly older complex that has been upgraded. Quick 2-3 minute walk to beach. Beds were comfy, loved having a washer and dryer, and both showers are tiled and roomy. Only thing missing was a sheet pan. Let management know and they were on it to replace. There were four beach chairs on the balcony to take to the beach(important because we flew) and enough comfy seating for four to watch a little TV. Pool could be bigger, but wasn’t a huge deal for us as we usually stay at the beach. Not an overcrowded area at all, but also not a lot of extras to do like in PCB or Myrtle beach. Management was very helpful at check in. Our room happened to be ready early. Great little place to stay.

This is a great place to stay, staff is very helpful and location is great. The condo unit itself needs some tlc! On the plus, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. There are many bed linens in the closets and under the beds taking up space that guests could use. The blinds, especially in the kitchen area, could use some help! With a bit of sprucing this place could be even nicer but we love the resort itself, so we will be back.

My three sisters and I booked this rental for a vacation at St Pete's Beach. It was a beautiful resort with all the amenities you could want, plus is was only a walk across to the street to get to the beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend this resort.

We loved our stay at this resort. The view was gorgeous and we loved watching the manatees out by the dock in the mornings. It was only a short walk to the beach across the street and we also enjoyed the pool. The office staff was very friendly and answered our questions we had. We would definitely recommend this resort!

Great stay, two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms makes for plenty of space! Condo was stocked with all the essentials. Pool was great, everything was clean, and so many great places in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Location is great with an incredible view of a private pier. Really enjoyed watching the sunset on the balcony and the amenities offered by the resort. It could have been a little cleaner regarding the dishware and floors but it’s a beach condo so keep that in mind! Overall great experience and quick responses

Excellent location. Lovely condo. Would definitely return. The closets were a bit too full with what appeared to be bedding and linens so closet cleaning and a few additions to kitchen cabinets like baking dish and cookie sheets would be welcomed.

I absolutely love the sunrise resort do you have the best of both worlds of a beautiful intercoastal view and easy beach access across the street. The condos are great for individual or family needs.
The only thing I did not know about on this trip was the Gulf Boulevard
construction - It made it a lot more difficult to get over to the beach and had I known I would’ve bought different shoes for a more lengthy walk-
Overall this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quiet moments!!

This rental is within easy walking distance to the gulf. The pool area was always clean. We could watch the sun rise from the balcony. We would definitely consider coming back.
My only tiny complaint is that the floor could have used a good steam cleaning. It was swept, and we swept it when we were there on account of the sand, but my white socks were gray within minutes of walking on the floors.

The codo was amazing. Loved the view from the patio. Chairs by the front door so you could see the ocean .perfectly located in town was able to walk to restaurants across the street from the beach .would definitely stay here again .
