Wonderful unit. Clean, comfortable, every amenity is available. We loved our stay and the location by the pool is perfect!

This was a fantastic location and the perfect rental for our vacation. My only recommendation would be a larger bed in the 2nd bedroom and for the parking pass to be left in the unit. Some of the older residences in the community are not super welcoming of renters. We had a parking violation on our car the first morning because we could get a pass Sunday afternoon, not a big deal but just not welcoming and then at the pool they want it to be a senior citizen pool one day yelling at the kids about toys. We continued to have a good time ignoring the ridiculous request! We would certainly stay again!

An excellent stay! Condo was perfect for our vacation/swim meet close to the beach and close to the meet pool! The bed in the second room was small, seemed like a full rather than a queen. Overall great!

The rental was amazing - loved the location, pool, etc. Condo was relatively well equipped however we did have to go out and buy bath towels as the towels in the condo were more the size of hand towels and there were no beach towels.

We had a great time at the place we stayed. Next Home's team was great to work with and worked around some last minute hiccups that were out of their control. I would absolutely book with them again!

This condo in Isla Del Sol is bright and spacious and in a fantastic location. The apartment has most things you need, but could do with a vacuum cleaner to keep the living areas looking nice as they place does get pretty dusty (maybe I just noticed this as we rented for a month). The pool area is nice and was pretty quiet during our visit; there were times that we had it to ourselves which was lovely. The agents were also very responsive and dropped a couple of things that we noticed were missing. Thanks NextHome. All in all we loved our time at this condo and would rent again.

Property was nice, beautiful view of golf course and pool. The master bed was wonderful, slept like a log. Condo was clean but not spotless. We felt the furniture was pieced together, needs some updates. Check in was great, even got in a little earlier. We did feel it was overpriced for the two weeks we stayed. We use to stay a month for the same price. All and all, we had a great time.

We loved our rental, it was very clean and comfortable. Access to beaches were close and easy to get to. Having beach items there to use was very helpful as well.

Great location, literal minutes away from 3 beaches. Condo community is beautiful with plenty of private beach areas to take nightly walks.Very clean and cute condo with tons of space for our family of 4; we definitely plan on staying here again!
