Sea Breeze 607

Sea breeze condos were great. The one we stayed in was a little outdated and needed some tlc. But it was clean and that was most important to me! Beach was gorgeous and it is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and johns pass for all ur souvenir shopping. Realator office was great to work with. Marni was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly if we needed anything. We will be back!!

Perfect Gulf beaches.
Great location, with attractions, good dining and entertainment within walking distance.
The local public bus/trolley system is very convenient.
The condo was more than adequate for two to four people.

The condo is exactly what the pictures present. There are codes you have to remember for the Unit, Elevator, pool, beach, and bathrooms. The codes we were given for the beach/pool/bathrooms were not correct as they were updated the day of arrival. When I called the emergency number I was told all that information was located in the condo, it was not. I was able to ask another guest who kindly shared the codes. It is a lot of codes to remember, but it is what it is. The condo bathrooms need updating and a good deep cleaning. Hopefully in off season this will get done. It would be helpful to have a good broom/mop to use. The ones provided are not adequate. Location is everything for this Unit. That is what we truly cared about and that was delivered. The pool and hot tub are really great. We all used them daily. Easy 1/2 mile walk to Johns Pass which we did daily as well. The grills at the pool do not work well, took us 50 minutes to cook steaks which should have taken 6-7 mins. They need new grills badly. We love to grill nightly and were unable to do so since they would not heat up properly. I will not return to the Sea Breeze due to the inability to grill out nightly (this is our preferred way to eat dinner while on vacation, saves us money that we spend on other activities). Oh and the elevator is super slow, but you are on vacation so you have to deal with that.

very nice unit. beautiful location it was exactly what our family needed aside from some minor housekeeping items, not related to the quality of the unit. all in all a very pleasant stay with great local amenities.

Nice clean place with beautiful view! Every morning we got to experience dolphin watching from our balcony that’s how close they come up to the beach. Was really nice to have so many things in walking distance also. Would definitely return again. Great family location with little ones!

Wonderful view! And pretty much anything we wanted or needed was available by the owners. Lots of places to eat nearby as well.

We were looking for a property right on the beach for our family vacation. We had another family traveling too and we wanted to stay in the same complex. This unit we stayed in worked great for our family. Plenty of room, great location, and very well stocked kitchen(which is important to us). The management company was very responsive to any questions and proactively communicated when needed. The only thing that was difficult was the laundry facilities are coin operated and we did come prepared for that and ran out of quarters quickly. I’ve never stayed in a rental where the laundry was shared for the complex, but now I know to ask and come prepared if coins are needed.

We were very pleased with this property. The location, the views and the overall size and layout of the condo was perfect. The only thing I would change would be for there to be more towels and wash cloths available for a family of 4 staying five nights 4 wash clothes, 8 towels was kinda though. We thoroughly enjoyed this rental!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect access to walking to John's Pass, seeing dolphins from balcony, amazing distance to pool and ocean, private area so beach was not packed on holiday weekend, best condo I have rented on gulf coast so far!

This property is perfect for a quiet beach getaway! My family of 6 enjoyed everything about it. It is the perfect combination of beach peacefulness and John’s Pass fun!

This was our second vacation at Sea Breeze. I recommend this place to everyone. Clean pool, hot jacuzzi and a great view of the ocean where in the morning you can observe dolphins swimming if you are lucky. We had.

We had a great time! The condo was very nice and the location was perfect.
It would have been nice to have beach chairs to use.

The condo itself was very large with absolutely beautiful furniture. It was very clean and had cleaning supplies on hand - which I totally did not expect! There were lots of games, too! I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for a long relaxing weekend. It was super clean, the master bed was amazingly comfy, the furniture was beautiful and there was a ton of games to play! Restaurants were within walking distance and the 7-11 right across the street had a lovely selection of wine and beer!

The location is very handy and was just as advertised. It is an older location, as most of the beach properties are, but was clean and well stocked, except for toilet paper. Management worked with us to check in a little early too. We are already planning a return over next Christmas!

Everything we needed was there except beach towels which we were told were there & I was told there was no keurig but there was - no biggie. The place pretty much was good, not great - most of it outdated but everything worked for us except the fridge - it doesn't seal tight & luckily we noticed it right away so we could make sure we pushed it tightly shut every time. Otherwise the view was awesome and the pool & ocean made it a great trip

This is our second time staying at this condo complex and there is a reason we keep coming back. Great location to so many of our favorites! Can’t wait to book the next trip.

The location of this room is great! I loved sitting outside n the morning drinking coffee and watching the tide roll in. The decorations are so cute and made it fell like a little beach house.Also the pool and hot tub were taken care of very nicely.

Nice balcony overlooking pool, hot tub and gulf. Close to John’s pass and grocery/liquor store. Very quiet. Staff was friendly. Would book again.

This place was perfect for our family of 5.The views were spectacular! Beautifully decorated.Amazing master bedroom.Easily walked to the boardwalk.Tons of shops and restaurants.Across the street from 7 Eleven.Grocery stores are a not to far about a 5 min drive.10 out of 10 would stay here again!!!

Its a great location and that's what your paying for. There are a few things about this apartment that need fixing, like the windows, but its pretty accurate to the photos. Definitely not a super updated condo, but a its a beautiful location, with nice people that live there. We would go back again.
