Place was nice & clean and had lots of amenities.

Nice unit, small but comfortable. Great locations on the bay. short walk to beach. Pool area is quite nice. Many monthly, repeat renters adds to relaxing atmosphere. Close to many restaurants.

We had a great time & enjoyed visits from family and with friends in the area. It was very cool in the evenings but condo was comfortable & heat worked. Also took some trips to see local attractions which included Fort DeSoto Park & Sunset Key Park plus Boyd Hill Nature Center(recommend you take the guided tour)

We have stayed here multiple times different condos. Dawn, Nancy snd Steve are great and always are helpful.

Centrally located on the opposite side of Gulf Blvd with lighted Crosswalk and public walkway to beach, approx,3oo feet away. I have vacationed numerous times at St Pete's and would rate Sunrise one of the best.

Our 2 week stay at this resort surpassed our expectations! The unit was updated in the past 2+ years and was spotless! The grounds and pool area was immaculate and the office staff super friendly and very helpful. Across the street from the beach and walking distance to grocery store, shopping and restaurants! Will definitely be back!

We’ve been staying hear once or twice a year for a decade. We’ve never had a bad experience. The apartments are all modern, and well furnished with all the amenities a family could need for a week at the beach. This trip we stayed at apt #304 and it was excellent.

From the wonderful support from the staff to the amazing views in the beautiful condo, this vacation had everything we needed or wanted. Perfect location on the intercostal with sunrise views and a short walk across the boulevard to the beach, great walkability to food and supplies, all in all a perfect spot and can’t wait to return. Everything was nice. Appreciate washer & dryer in each unit. Living room furniture was uncomfortable but found out it is to be replaced in March. This year was noisier than usual because of construction on Golf Blvd. but that is not the fault of the Sunrise Resort. Beautiful evening with the full moon reflected on Boca Ciega Bay

We have visited Sunrise Resort many times over the last 15 years and it is always enjoyable. The location and views are perfect, as always. The amenities within the condo itself as well as the property help to bring the comforts of home, while also enjoying the luxuries of vacation.

Beautiful place on the inlet. Walking distance to everything, beach, stores, etc... had a great time.

This was our first visit to St. Pete. I stayed in this unit with my husband, 9 year old and my mom and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is great. There is a beach right across the street within walking distance along with shops, restaurants and a grocery story all close by. We had a car but it would be easy to get around just by walking. The property was clean and family friendly. I watched my son play in the pool with other children from my balcony on the 3rd floor.

Beautiful few of the bay with wonderful sunrise every morning. Had an amazing stay.

This is our family’s second time visiting this unit at Sunrise and it now feels like a second home for us! The space is just right for our family of four. Tasteful furnishings and well maintained with a friendly crew. We appreciate the finishing touches provided by the owners! Convenient proximity to the bay and the ocean with a great pool, shuffleboard and tennis court. If I could make any suggestion, it would be to update the blinds, but have thoroughly enjoyed our time spent here!

Great location with a view of the bay and a short walk to the beach. A great quiet place with many repeat guests. Condo is small, but ample for two people.

Old building so unit is small but comfortable for two people with nice upgrades. Very clean. Lovely sunrise view over bay water. Sunsets obstructed by road. You’re not on the actual beach. Central location, very accessible.

Amazing accommodations! Steps from the beach, minutes from tons of restaurants, and close to the supermarket for those nights you want to stay in and cook. Really allowed me to have the comforts of home for the entire stay.

We loved Sunrise Resort. The location was great, the apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, soap, trash bags, etc. The pool area was perfect for our family, we used the BBQ grill and had lunch at the tables each day. It was such a wonderful trip, we would definitely stay there again! The building manager Nancy was extremely nice and helpful.
