Lovely, clean and well equipped rental property

We had a great time the unit met our expectations. Very nice place to stay.

5 Sisters loved their stay here, very spacious unit with private patio and sun deck. Well equipped, lovely pool. Appreciate that owner provides starter supplies for at least 1-2 days. Will rent again!!

Have been coming to st Pete to stay for many years first time staying in this unit and will definitely be coming back when we travel with family again. Great location to the beach and to restaurants.

We had a great time. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and the location was super convenient.

We flew in for a concert in Tampa but also wanted to enjoy the beach. Pre-arrival communication was very good. Condo was as described and had beach towels, a couple of chairs and even a canopy.

Great Location to everything! The place was roomy and even better than the picture’s advertised!! Loved the spacious family areas and the multiple sleeping options! Definitely a place to recommend and stay again!

The Wave #1 Place was a very spacious and comfortable place to stay for us! The bedrooms and Family area were huge and even better than pictures posted with the advertisement!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in St. Petersburg again!

We schoose St Petes Beach after having to reschedule a vacation to Belize due to a passport issue. We found this condo to check all of our vacation boxes.. walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having a pool onsite was key. The condo was clean and large, amd the complex was well kept. Wish there had been in-unit laundry cause the complex wash room was out of service, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. We'll surely be back to explore the beach town more.

Waves 1 was the perfect landing spot for our vacation to St. Pete Beach! The unit was clean, spacious and up to date. Having the large patio that connected directly to the pool was an added bonus. The other Waves guest were very welcoming around the pool, yet we were never disturbed at night. You can't beat the location! A block from the beach (make sure to stop by Paradise Grille to catch the sunset) and walking distance to all our favorite shops/restaurants. My wife and I have been visiting St. Pete Beach for about 10 years now (a few times a year) and this is one of the best places we've stayed at!

This unit is in a great location. Can walk to many bars and restaurants. The property management was always available whenever we needed them.

Just a short walk to the beach, this lovely condo was safe, behind 2 locked doors, with a pool and a huge back deck. It was great for our WFH group with plenty of privacy. It was clean and communication with management was quick and easy. Thanks for a great stay

Our stay at Waves 1 was excellent! The condo is huge and having the private patio that leads to the pool was so nice for morning coffee. The condo is well equipped. I was very thankful for a beach cart to haul everything to the beach. Some reviews stated there was not beach equipment, but after speaking to the management company, they explained it is not provided, but if another guests leaves beach equipment it is there for you to use. The beach is an easy 2 block walk and the pool was very warm and clean. I would stay at Waves 1 again!

We stayed in Waves 1 and had a great time. The condo was very large and it was nice to have the private patio with access to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and location is very close to beach. We also appreciated the beach cart to bring all of the beach accessories! I would stay here in the future.

The home was perfect for us. Very spacious and close to the beach.

Despite the first day finding out one of the bathrooms was not usable and the rental company was not able to get us another place. The vacation turned out to be awesome. Parking space one needs the Tow Away sign repositioned, easy way to crash into it. More lighting is needed for the entrance door. And most of all it needs a "Watch your step" on the entrance way. Saw several people trip over it while dragging in items from the car, to include 2 people from my party.

Staying at Waves#1 was such a great experience and such a perfect place for our family of 6 along with 2 neighbors. The open kitchen/living and dining area was so spacious we never felt like we were stepping on each other. Also with the large back patio with direct access to pool it made it feel like we were "vip" guests. So close to beach and beach bars made it great to walk everywhere. I would definitely rent this place again .

We had a perfect stay in the Waves 600#1 Condo. We had a beautiful kitchen and very roomy spaces in the whole area.We loved its location for eats and shopping and the Trolley. we can not think of a thing ,except a few cosmetic upgrades in bathroom to the cabinet.The pool was wonderful . It was the best 7 days,close to the beach but in a quiet area.Hope to stay again soon.I love St Pete Beach.... Thanks Again Carol F

Its our 4th stay at Waves, 3rd time in Waves 1. Our favorite things about this condo is location, private deck area, and pool area. Pool area is always clean, water warm, great atmosphere. You can't beat location, block to beach, 2 blocks to fishermans park with numerous bars/restraunts, 3 blocks to Corey Ave which has nice street market every Sunday, 1 block to Gulf Blvd which has everything from dining, night life, shopping. Really enjoy having so many options within walking distance and its nice drive up to Clearwater with lots of things to do in-between. If you make it to down town St. Pete, the new pier is worth checking out.

The place was much larger than I expected and the patio was incredible. They had plenty cooking utensils and fridge space so we were able to make family dinners.
