we had a lovely stay at the Madeira Beach House. Perfect little house for our family vacation. we loved having our own pool (paradise) and having multiple gates/locks around the pool gave us a piece of mind since we were traveling with our young grandchildren. The house was clean upon arrival and was stocked with all the things we needed to get us started. Would most definitely recommend staying here!

Good size, clean, perfect beach access, walking distance to John's Pass, pool was very nice. One thing we noticed that needed cleaned were the blinds in the kitchen and the little ledges on the cabinets. Overall very nice. We would stay again.

It’s not fancy but the beach was amazing Walked to dinner and shopping. Pool was great once we found the heater. Had a couple hiccups but management took care of it for us promptly

The family had a great time. The access to the beach was wonderful. Having your own pool to swim when you want was awesome. If anything had to be done get rid of the squeaky bed.

Location, location, location! Despite Hurricane Elsa rolling through one day, we had a fantastic time. The pool & the beach are a great combination, and it was a short walk for anything we needed or wanted to go. We'll be back!

Great experience with the exception of a few minor issues with appliances. Learned from a local that Jimmy Buffett actually lived in the beach house. A beach house with a pool on Madeira Beach is unheard of and the envy of many. We had several strangers actually knock on the door asking who they could call to rent the house. Great location. Walking distance to John's Pass and other bars and restaurants. Beaches active but not packed.

What minor problems there where got handled promptly and, professionally. Can't beat this place for the price, we have been coming here for a few years now, would like to see a few more improvements but, there have been upgrades since last year. Looking forward to next year, we are already booked.
This house was so comfortable and clean! Our family had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and easy access to the stunning beach and surrounding amenities. We will definitely stay again.
