Great Holiday island ! Wander residence is One of the best areas in Tierra Verde!

We found everything to be clean and in good working order. There was no problem with anything.

Great location close to all of the beaches and great restaurants. Pool, jacuzzi and pickle ball courts a great amenity! would definitely stay there again!

We loved the location and the property. Management was very responsive, great experience all around. Very clean, furnished well and a great value. We have several kids in college and enjoyed the wonderful value of this rental. The only issue (a small one) was ongoing difficulty with living room TV connection. Easily remedied, I’m sure. Otherwise 100% perfect.

Great location for boating. The spa wasn’t working but that was no big deal. Place was clean and everything was as advertised.

Good location. Nice size. Fit our needs. Only complaint was the bedrooms were not well lit but that’s just personal preference.

We enjoyed our second visit at this unit! We love the community and the location is perfect for St. Pete beach, Fort De Soto, or the Skyway Bridge Fishing Pier. It’s not a luxury 5 star place but it’s comfortable and meets your basic needs when you plan to be outside most of the day. We would stay for a third time.

Great location, lovely view! The pool was heated and never crowded. A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. A great deli is just a short walk up the street for a nice brunch. We would stay here again!

it was easy getting in the apartment, all the do's and don'ts on one page, easy to understand and comply. The pool was great, even though we were staying in November, the pool was warm, the nice view towards the pool and the ocean, I really enjoyed my stay there.

The location is in a quiet area yet very close and convenient to the parks, beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc The unit was great, spacious, and had a balcony with a view of the ocean. There were two bedrooms, 2 baths, and an equipped kitchen. The pool was also pleasant and sat adjacent to the water. Very nice! We hope to revisit in the future!

The location can’t be beat if you’re looking to be near Fort De Soto. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would return for a second visit if we are looking for a condo in the area. The only minor draw back for me is that the pans were very damaged and warped. If I was staying for more than 3 nights and wanted to cook I would have gone to Walmart to buy my own cheap pans.

A beautiful location, spotless apartment, great amenities and very friendly residents in the complex. Close to restaurants, beaches and other activities will bring us back here again and again!

We spent 6 weeks in unit #E59. Holiday Island is a great place! Very calm and quiet. The other residents and renters were very nice. The pool area is wonderful! The unit itself was good...not great. We had a couple of issues that were well handled by the management company. Good WiFi and cable TV. Laundry facilities in the clubhouse... Up a long flight of stairs that would be a problem for someone with a mobility impairment. Lots of restaurants nearby. Desoto State Park is just down the road. We would definitely rent in Holiday Island again.

I am returning guest to this property and have always enjoyed my stay here for so many reasons. The property is located in a beautiful area surrounded by well kept grounds, with a scenic view of Tampa Bay and proximity to St. Pete Beach and Fort De Soto Beach. The condo is always clean and is well equipped and smartly decorated with comfortable beds and modern appliances and entertainment. The staff of NextHome are friendly and helpful and respond quickly to fulfill any needs you may have. I love my home away from home and look for to returning as often as possible.
