Luke Gives Back

Canine Companions for Independence

NextHome's Official National Charity Partner

Following a thorough selection process alongside our Charity Committee, NextHome selected Canine Companions for Independence as our national charity partner. Through their assistance dogs program, this non-profit organization has a direct and incredibly positive impact on the lives of children, adults, and veterans with disabilities.

Your generous donations allow Canine Companions for Independence to offer expertly-trained assistance dogs to people with disabilities at no charge to them. NextHome is proud to support this great cause and we have set an annual goal of raising $100,000 for the organization. With your help, together we can fund the breeding, raising, and training of more puppies who will go on to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Luke Helps Locally

As man’s best friend and our mascot, locally, Luke is also showing his loyalty and class by helping our Guests, Owners and NextHome Beach Time Realty to give back to our world and community via local and national charities, including Canine Companions for Independence, Casa, (Community Action Stops Abuse); St. Petersburg Free Clinic; Race for the Cure; and of course, SPCA, (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).

At NextHome Beach Time Realty, we match Guests’ donations, when they elect to make a donation via our website. We invite our Owners to participate as well. We know how important it is to give back. When you make a reservation, you can choose to donate on the checkout page!
